1st floor property offering 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and further room with sofa with tv (used for children to okay/watch tv or adults to have quiet space)
Good modern facilities to enable ease of holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, combi-microwave. TV, DVD player and wi-fi included. Comfortable seating area with window seat and double aspect gaining morning and evening sun.
Small enclosed garden for family use, along with a larger main area of grass for communal use.
Plenty of space for parking, but parking for two cars only outside property adjacent to grassed area.
Trebetherick Stores (currently shut but hopefully re-opening 2023) a short walk away.

Break away with the family
Great location and stay had a lovely time with my family. Unfortunately property was not deep cleaned 🧼 after spending extra to ensure this happened. In this current climate especially properties need to be sparkling ✨

A family owned property within easy reach of three glorious beaches. Our children, now in their 20' and 30's continue to go down, some with their own children! We even had four generations at Christmas time from 2 year old to 90 year old. Always lots to do, walks to be had, crabbing, surfing, golf, tennis locally and of course, swimming.
We have had over 40 years of fabulous holidays in Trebetherick and continue to love our time away there.

Why they chose this property

Easily assessable to Polzeath, Daymer and Greenway beach. Local places to eat within walking distance whether it be with the children or as grown up dinner. Cowshed Spa next door at the hotel to access. Restaurant and bar.

Low cost, easy holiday with friends and family of all ages. Whatever the weather, loads to do. National Trust properties locally, walks, cycling along the Camel Trail, Eden Project to see and many more attractions.
