A perfect base from which to visit all the delights that Istria has to offer

The villa is a beautifully restored house on the edge of a quiet village of Marici near Kanfanar. Ideally suited for two couples or families with children. The ground floor has direct access to the pool, garden and outside dining area. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathrooms. The Villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hectic life of the 21st century and yet is well positioned as a base from which you can visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. The famous Istrian towns of Rovinj, Pula, Porec and Motovun are all within a short drive from the property.

Travel: Pula airport (Croatia) 30 km, Rijeka-Krk airport 90 km, Trieste 80 km, Venice 180 km

There is a number of low cost companies flying to Pula (PUY) from all over Europe.

Wurden von dem sehr netten Vermieter,der gut deutsch spricht empfangen.Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.Nach einer Woche wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt,und die Betten neu bezogen.Auch wurde der Pool durch eine Firma gereinigt.Wir bedanken uns noch mal bei Herrn Kancelir für den schönen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.Gruss aus Hannover

Wundervolles Haus-sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus ist wunderschön, alles ist neu und sehr sehr sauber. Alle notwendigen Dinge, wie Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Gewürze Küche, Kaffee usw. sind vorhanden. Selbst ein Wasserspender steht zur kostenlsoen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Nach einer Woche kam jemand zur kompletten Reinigung, die Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett. Man bekommt von ihm gute Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend und Sonderwünsche werden auch erfüllt! (Schinken, Danke Enis!) Vermieter spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen!

The villa is located in the central part of the Istria peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olives dominate this area with warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course are just a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants, taverns, wine-cellars are all around the Villa. It is a great place to enjoy the food, wine, history and, after all, to relax.
