Sleeps up to 10 with vineyard, sauna, 20m pool, Sky and La Cornue kitchen

Ca'n Cap Fotut is a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse that was completely and beautifully refurbished in 2011. Many of the original features were retained but the house, in essence, is totally new.

The kitchen is large, well equipped and features hand built units and a range by La Cornue of France. For those keen to put their culinary skills to the test the kitchen is a dream.

Outside is a also a large barbecue area which features a traditional wood burning oven for slow baking suckling pig or the local lamb. The kitchen and barbecue area are served by a large terrace area with huge wooden table and seating for up to 12.

Ideal for entertaining family and friends.

Fruit trees abound in the 10 acres of grounds and depending on the month you are free to pick your own grapes, figs, strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, pomegranates and avocados .

The house features hot and cold air conditioning, solar heated water in the summer and has a wood fired hot water and central heating system for the winter. Because the house was built from local sandstone it stays cool in the summer without the need for the air con and has many shaded, cool areas.

If guests wish to book an appointment, for a FaceTime or video call so you can see the house in reality and the local area, this is possible. Just let me know the time at which you would like todo this and we will be at the house waiting. We believe there couldn't be anymore reassurance or confidence in booking with us, once you have seen the house and spoke with my son Elliot. He will show you just enough to whet your appetite and leave you yearning for a holiday with us in Mallorca.

It has 4 double bedrooms, two with en-suite and two large additional family bathrooms. One of which is a double shower room on the ground floor which is great after a day by the pool.

The lounge is large and roomy and offers SKY TV and cinema quality DVD. We also have WiFi Internet access.

On the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer

New floodlit tennis court: The tennis court is new and the playing surface is made from a resin similar to that used at Flushing Meadows.

It is floodlit and features a practice wall for warming up. We supply all rackets and balls and also an electric ball machine for serious players looking to improve their stamina or shots.

The pool is about 20 metres long, perfect for splashing about with the kids or for serious lengths and sits beside a large sun terrace with large comfy loungers and umbrellas for shade. The vines grow at the back of this sun terrace.

Adjacent to the pool is a Swedish Sauna house with a large shower room and small changing area.

Ample living space: 3 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 4th bedroom has the 2nd floor tower room to itself - and great views.

Each bedroom has a large double bed and two of the bedrooms have ample space to add an additional bed or cot

and for this reason we say the house sleeps 10. In fact, 1st floor salon could also be converted to an open bedroom

with two pull-out single beds making it very easy to sleep 12.

There is also an additional lounge area on the 1st floor which offers access to a small terrace overlooking the pool on one side and a large, shaded terrace at the front of the house.

At the front of the house is parking for 15 or more cars which is ideal because with all the space, this house was made for entertaining and enjoying your holiday to the full with family and friends.

This property is unique. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the centre of Port Pollenca yet you are in a totally private environment (10 acres) surrounded by trees and natural grounds - quiet and peaceful just 500 metres from the main Port Pollenca - Pollenca road. So no tortuous roads to navigate. And no traffic noises.

What makes this house unique

If you are like me, the kitchen is the centre of family life, particularly if you have children and the kitchen in the finca is incredible. Big and roomy and leads out onto a covered terrace and eating area for 10. The Bar-B-Q area also has a traditional oven for

A Dream Finca!

Beautiful house and grounds entered through automatic security gates, set in gorgeous countryside but close to the centre of both Puerto Pollensa and the old town. Perfect for parties of mixed requirements - we had sporty, foodie, book readers, workers (yes!) and the just plain lazy! With tennis courts, bikes, great pool, balconies and terraces galore, as well as pizza oven, BBQ and fantastic kitchen, nearby supermarkets and markets (including superb brand new Lidl 5 minutes away by car!) we just loved it! Wifi was good too - we could even run our UK business from the house! Would love to return one day.

Superb Villa....Lovely Gardens...Peaceful location

Very Impressive villa, loads of space inside, great kitchen, bedrooms and downstairs living areas. We had week long blue skies so really appreciated the outdoor space. The kitchen was a great area for prepping our meals which we cooked on the big barbie. We also used the wood/pizza oven to cook (at Steve's suggestion) Suckling pig which was really good.

Long warm evenings sitting under the poolside pergola, perfect.

Drives into Pollenca and Porta Pollenca were easy and the supermarkets (Eroski for fresh fish and meat) a 5 min drive.

The beach at Formentor was so nice and early morning drive meant no crowds till midday.

Highly recommend the villa and appreciated the help from Steve. Thanks

C'an Cap Fotut is a stunning, spacious, stylish villa. Wonderful pool and grounds, big, well equipped house, private tennis court, outdoor kitchen and terrace perfect for sunset BBQs. 5 mins drive to the beach but peaceful and beautiful location. We will be back again!

WOW! Should have seen the look on my kids faces when we arrived. Couldn't keep them out of the swimming pool and off the tennis court. Thoroughly entertained throughout the week. Peaceful, stunning surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. Well done to steve and his crew. Such a great experience. Cheers.

Ca'n Cap Fotut is located in beautiful, family friendly Puerto Pollensa, one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations.

The house is unique in that it sits in the centre of 10 acres of quiet, private grounds yet it is only 3 minutes by car from the very centre of the port. No other properties in the area offers this combination of convenience and privacy.

If you know the port, take the road to Pollenca past the Habitat roundabout.

(Fresh bread and coffee in the morning is available at the bars and supermarket on this roundabout).

After 1.5 km you will see the entrance gates to El Vila and the large houses built on the mountainside. Take a left

opposite El Vila then follow the road for 500 metres and you are there.

Puerto Pollensa offers something for everyone. Great weather, fine beaches, sailing, golf, walking. It's a Mecca for cyclists in spring and autumn and is open as a resort all year. The bars and restaurants are wonderful and plentiful. In short, perfect

Golf: Pollensa Golf Couse is approximately 7 kilometres from the house and is open all year round. It is a 9 hole course

and as such, not expensive to play and relatively easy to get a tee time. For the serious golfer though, the course to play is Alacanada, a truly amazing course located on the headland of Alcudia bay, about a 20 minute drive away.

The course is owned by the Porsche car family and is simply spectacular.

It is open all year round and open to non-members with club and buggy hire available. It is pricey though - but well worth a visit, just to sit on the club house terrace with a cool drink after your game.
