We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.
Sit back and relax during your stay while enjoying the beautiful nature scenes from the hot tub. Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a plush queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Fire Stick TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

Wonderful getaway!

Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. We had a fire in the pit every day & the hot tub was great with a view of a nice little waterfall. We love the village of Naples & your brewery in Canandaigua. Thanks for sharing your property with us. Theresa & Scott

Many small things

There were several small hangups that would be forgivable on their own, but there were so many it kind of gave the impression the cabin is not well maintained. There was old coffee still in the coffee pot when we arrived, the coffee pot took several hours to brew, the TV was glitchy and we gave up watching a show, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, the cold water in the bathroom didnt work, the faucet in the kitchen sink was broken. Again, each thing alone would be forgivable, but they all added up. Thankfully the hot tub and arcade were in good working order. Overall, I would stay again, but I would be more prepared.

Weekend Getaway

Nice cozy place. Perfect for two. Nice little waterfalls in view. Hot tub is fantastic. Bed very comfortable. But coffee maker didn't work. No problem tho cause I figured out a way. No can opener on premise which meant no olives on our pizza 😪 ,lol. And surprisingly no clock anywhere on the walls. Oh. And there's an arcade style video game that seems not to work? All in all a great place tho. I would recommend.

It is cozy, great views, and is a great get away location. However, we should have listened to a number of the reviews. We are not hard to please people but there were just too many things that should and can be improved. Cleanliness was poor; dish drain had soap scum in it, kitchen sink was not clean, old sponges were still being used instead of just leaving a new one still in a wrapper. Once I picked up the dirty sponges and a scrub pad there was debris left on the sink and certainly the back splash area. Just like previous reviews, the coffee pot was poor at best it took literally 45 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. The shower head came off in my hand when I tried directing the water away from the shower curtain, there were only two bath towels in the bathroom, and one wadded up in a tote in a closet and there were no washcloths to be found anywhere. Except for the large windows in the kitchen and living room the majority of the windows had all sorts of debris in them and they were very dirty. The hot tub was mostly clean, but the underside of the cover was pretty gross. Additional bedding was strewn into totes and in the top of the bedroom closet, it wasn't even folded. Left us with the notion the host is not checking the property, or these things are not important. If I could provide pictures I certainly would. Large cobwebs about in and out. We are not Karen's or Kevin's as the host previously referred to someone who left a bad review. Need more room for more info.

Anniversary Getaway

This cozy cabin was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It’s conveniently located near different towns. The hot tub was perfect for the cooler nights. Highly recommend this cottage.
