The villa, like a bubble perched on the heights of the Golden Sands of the Pines, overlooks the whole resort and offers a 180-degree view with the sea as the only horizon ...
Everything is there to allow you to relax: the hammam (1. 82 X 2.95) as well as the indoor heated balneo pool (3. 30 X 4. 50 X 1. 60 of depth)
3 terraces will allow you to contemplate the sea: the roof terrace, the covered terrace for meals (garden oriented) and the terrace facing the resort.
Everything is done to accommodate a group of friends together but each having their place.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:
4 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (bath), a shower room and a bathroom (bath), 2 separate WCs.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms, one with 190 cm long trundle beds
Very large dining room, living room with FLIPPER and wood stove ... and PS4.
Fitted luxury kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large capacity fridge and refrigerated cellar.
All the beds are 90 cm X 200 cm and are transformed into 180 cm X 200 cm on request upon reservation.

Cot and highchair free of charge, for any addition of baby bedding (cot) please request it before booking.

In any case and for insurance reasons the presence of more than 12 people cannot be accepted whatever the age of the people.
Beds are made upon arrival, towels and tea towels are provided.
The necessary household products are made available.
The price is inclusive of all charges.

Only one animal accepted.
Cleaning option at end of stay: 110 €

When booking Homelidays is responsible for collecting from the hosts a part of the tourist tax, ie 0.70 cts per night. Overall very good experience and we would return to this location and this property. One concern to me was access steps, we travelled with two elderly parents (80+) and the steps are uneven and without a handrail, so this access certainly needs to be improved. Minor criticism is ground floor bathrooms would benefit from showers for standing bathing and some of the design aspects could be improved e.g. more hanging space for clothes ....

Perfect property for families.

The process from start to finish was excellent. The location was well suited to our family holiday. The beach and ammenities are walking distance and the supermarket is a 5 min drive away.

Perfekt als Familie

Richtig schönes Haus top gepflegt und auch richtig schöner Garten. Die Aussicht aus allen Winkeln auf das Meer oder die Bucht richtig schön. Und auch garnicht weit entfernt von allem was man braucht. Am liebsten gerne wieder :)

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est superbe, très spacieuse, avec des matériaux de qualité, décorée avec goût, et très bien équipée. Proche de la mer (très belle et grande plage), nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité des chemins de randonnée (GR34) et la proximité des golfs. Cerise sur le gâteau : le flipper qui nous a bien amusé pour faire des challenges en famille. Nous recommendons cette location.
