Michèle and Marc invite you tu share a beautiful villa renovated whith taste in the south of France.
The house is close to the town of Aubagne and in frond of the "massif of St-Baume"
It is in the middle of a 6000 m² leafy park, surrounded by olive and fruit trees groves, complete privacy.
This 250 m² provencal style villa has an air-conditioned living room,a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, a large bathroom whith bathtub and 2 schowers, a laundry and additional shower, 3 toilets.
Two of the bedrooms are fitted whith showers italian style.
You will be just 5 minutes away from a shopping center an ther is an easy access to main roads and freeway.
The house is located 10 minutes from the beaches of CASSIS and LA CIOTAT.
The swimming pool (10m x 5m) and the nearby summer kitchen with barbecue and brick oven will allow you to spend enjoyable time in this beautiful place.
Everything is provided to care for small children.

Un superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine en famille, la maison était très agréable. Très bien situé et tout à fait conforme aux attentes. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques, disponibles et nous ont facilité notre arrivée et notre départ.

Belle propriété bien équipée

Belle villa sécurisée, climatisée avec 5 chambres et une belle piscine. Une pergola très agréable pour les repas, une maison très bien équipée ( vaisselle en quantité suffisante pour 10 p, frigos nombreux). Soulignons l accueil très agréable ( nourriture à l’arrivée) et une réactivité très agréable de Mr et Mme Lett ( propriétaires) Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines de vacances

Un séjour qu’on est pas prêt d’oublier

Nous avons loué cette villa pour notre convention Orpi nationale à Marseille, venant d’Arras nous voulions une maison typique du sud ou nous retrouver tous ensemble. En plus d’être bien située, cette villa est plein de charme, au calme, la déco est soignée, la piscine est grande et chauffée, il y a tous le nécessaire pour être bien. La propriétaire est disponible et sympathique. Nous garderons un super souvenir de notre séjour.
