Perfectly located in picturesque Agia Anna, this newly built Villa has everything you will need to make your holiday complete!
2 stories, stylishly furnished and fully equipped with WiFi and AirCon too, the Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and some beautiful terraces to enjoy the amazing views and your Al fresco time.
The ground floor has a living area, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher too, double bedroom and shower room as well as a choice of terraces.Access to the upper floor is from outside stairs to a large terrace and the entrance into a double and twin bedroom with another shower room.
The property is finished to an excellent standard with a high specification for all fittings.
When you choose to take a walk from this lovely space, it is only 800 m to the clear water and white sand of Plaka and Agia Anna beaches. Quite perfect !
Many tavernas and bars are nearby to enjoy the warm Greek welcome and mini markets with fresh bread daily!
Enjoy the pretty fishing area of Agia Anna or take one of the daily boat trips with the entertaining Greek captain, to the south of the island or the smaller Cyclades. It will be a truely memorable day!
I also provide a complimentary Meet and Greet service on arrival, and you will be shown to the property and I can help with any other travel needs you may have, such as car hire, which I would highly recommend to enjoy all that the island has to offer!

Stunning Views

Fabulous property with amazing panoramic views from the terraces. We loved staying here! It is equidistant from both Plaka beach & the small port of Aghia Anna. The property was immaculate with stylish decor and great terraces, which were perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. The property is in a residential area at the top of Aghia Anna so was very peaceful and a relatively short walk to the restaurants along Plaka beach & Aghia Anna (about 10-15 mins walk away). Lesley met us on arrival and was kind enough to wait with us for over an hour when our hire car was not on site, showing us round the property and making us feel very welcome! Thank you! We hope to return to Naxos again and would love to stay in this fab house once again....

Wonderful view and beautiful house.

We loved the house, especially the view from the top terrace, it was magical! The house was clean, brand new and fully accessorized. We had some problem with the water though. The island is facing a shortage in water and sometime reduces its pressure. Being the higher house around that area, the water cannot make it with so little pressure and a couple of nights we couldn't take a shower (not a very nice feeling..). Leslie tried her best to help us and she installed a tank and new pump to help with the issue. I personally think this problem should have been addressed before, since it seems recurrent...but, besides that, we had a great time in the house and in the island.

Soggiorno perfetto!!!

La casa si trova in una posizione eccezionale. Vista spettacolare e tramonto incantevole. Molto ben arredata e pulita. Vicino al piccolo centro abitato. 800 mt dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile anche a piedi in 10 minuti. Vale la pena assolutamente

Une adorable maison de vacances

La maison est grande, bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. La vue des 2 terrasses est magnifique, située à 800 m de la mer (à pieds ou en voiture) sur une plage avec de nombreux restos, bars de plage. Les 2 espaces sont reliés par un escalier extérieur, ce qui permet une vraie indépendance mais nous pensons que cela ne conviendrait pas pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants. L acceuil a été parfait, avec des explications sur les lieux à visiter.
