This family home is on a quite residential close and is is ideally located within 5 min walk to Newquay and its many attractions including the zoo, skate park, boating lake, swimming pool, tennis courts and its many restaurants and bars,also the beautiful gannel river leading to the famous Crantock beach where you can swim, kayak, paddle board and surf or just photograph the beautiful wildlife. There are 4 other beaches within a 15-20min walk. If you are looking for a home from home our fantastic location means you can explore all Newquay has to offer without having to drive anywhere. Although there is parking for 2 cars.
