Schönes Apartment
Die Apartmentanlage mit insgesamt ca. 90 Wohnungen liegt etwas unterhalb der Autobahn. Dieses Apartment liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, die in das Wohngebiet führt, mit viel Verkehrslärm, verursacht auch durch die vielen Busse, die täglich, auch nachts, das nahe liegende Hotel anfahren. Direkt unter dem Apartment befindet sich ein Restaurant, daneben ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Balkon mit Meerblick liegt an der Hauptstraße, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befinden sich 3 große Sammelcontainer für Flaschen, Papier und Plastikflaschen. Außerdem stehen dort noch 4 Restmüllcontainer, die täglich mit viel Lärm gegen 23.30 Uhr geleert werden. Das Apartment selbst ist neu renoviert und hell und modern eingerichtet, schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Kochutensilien, großem Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, sowie einem Induktionsherd. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, leider ist der schöne Pool nicht beheizt und es gibt auch keine Liegestühle, sondern nur 4 festbetonierte Holzbänke. Der Vermieter ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht, er gibt viele Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflüge. Wir hatten das Apartment für 5 Wochen gemietet, aber wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier leider falsch.

Excellent accueil de David et belle location bien située
Du début de la réservation jusqu'au départ de l'appartement, David a déployé des trésors de bienveillance et de gentillesse. L'appartement est idéalement situé près d'une jonction autoroutière, près de la mer, et des grands centres d'intérêts (villes coloniales, beaux départs de randos), et de supermarchés. Pas de surprise pour l'appartement flambant neuf, tout équipé, lumineux et avec grande terrasse. Proche de l'aéroport du nord, et pour l'aéroport du sud il faut comper 35mn d'autoroute. David nous a consacré 1h30 à l'arrivée pour nous présenter son île.... Pendant toute la semaine grand silence le soir et la nuit. Appréciable. Location donc très hautement recommandable !
