The Punta Prima urbanization, in which the apartment is located, is located on the first coast line, 200 m from the sea. Only 3 km from the center of Torrevieja and 45 minutes from Alicante airport. The urbanization is monitored, the spaces between the buildings are full of mature Mediterranean vegetation and the peaceful environment encourages walks. In the complex you can enjoy the pools. The air-conditioned apartment is on the second floor (the building has an elevator). Ideal for the rest of up to 4 people. It has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies, one of them overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. We provide towels, hair dryer in the bathroom and linens in the rooms. People who value the combination of a holiday by the sea with a game of golf can choose between first class golf courses, the closest is only 4 km from Punta Prima (Real Golf Club Campoamor, Las Ramlas, Las Colinas , Villamartín).
