The apartment is located within the residence complex Villaggio Vela Blu, a beautiful property 200 meters from the beaches.

Immersed in the green and the Mediterranean, it is characterized by the exclusive and relaxing environment, the gardens and the beautiful swimming pool allow you to enjoy relaxing moments immersed in the typical Sardinian atmosphere.

The beach front of the structure is only 200 meters away and is easily reached on foot via the paved paths, here even during high season it is possible to find uncrowded bays, the gently sloping sandy bottom is therefore ideal for adults and children.

The house is well maintained and equipped, recently the bathroom has been redone, the floor, and is equipped with air conditioning dishwasher washing machine, the veranda is suitable for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs at sunset, private parking inside the structure.

The swimming pool of the Blu sailing village is made up of two circular pools, for smaller children and adults, free beds and umbrellas.
It is open from 16/06 to 15/09, mandatory use of the lifeguard's presence during the opening hours.

In this apartment you can enjoy a relaxing holiday but at the same time close to the most important tourist destinations and attractions of the Costa Smeralda.
