Slightly higher than the swimming pool there is also a 6-seater Jacuzzi tub, a large solarium with comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a bathroom. The ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms communicating with each other through a beautiful bathroom entirely covered with marble slabs and a two-seater Jacuzzi tub and on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a sitting area and a kitchenette. What makes this floor particularly special are the warm floor and the wonderful wooden beams. In a bright space, with large windows overlooking the garden, we find the modern, functional, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with sofa and satellite TV.
