Apt. 1 and 3 = 4 persons (2bedrooms).

Apt. 2, 4 and 5 = 2 persons (Studio).

Apt. 6 = 8-10 persons (3bedrooms).

For all apartments I offer cellphones to avoid expensive roaming charges, as well as free phonecalls within Austria.

How to get to the apartments: From Vienna Airport you have the following possibilities to get to the apartment:

1) Taxi - this is the easiest and will cost Euro 32 for up to 4 persons. To get this price I will assist you to book the taxi and you will be awaited with your name on a sign in the arrival hall. Depending on the traffic, it will take ca 25 minutes from the airport to the apartment.

2) You can take the City Airport Train (CAT) that leaves 2 times/hour. The CAT costs EUR 10 and will take you to the station Wien Mitte/Landstrasse in 16 minutes. From Wien Mitte you take underground line U4 in direction Hütteldorf and get out at Meidling Hauptstrasse (7 stops). Choose exit Ruckergasse, cross Linke Wienzeile and enter into Pillergasse. 100m to flat from underground exit.

3) You can take normal train (Schnellbahn) from the airport. The train leaves 2 times/ hours and costs Euro 4 normal rate. The train will take you to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse in 26 minutes. From here you take U4 as mentioned above.

The apartment consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms sleeping 4 in total, bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. It is modern, fully furnished and equipped with a big flat screen TV, iPod docking station, DVD and CD player, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, iron, iron board, hair-dryer etc.

A net book with mobile internet connection is provided to the quests in the apartment. Additionally, two mobile phones are available on a pay card basis to avoid expensive roaming charges.

Two extra mattresses can be provided to sleep two additional children.

Awesome stay in Vienna!

As a group we rented three flats from Ingela. We were delighted to be able to stay on the same property while having enough room for our traveling party of nine. These apartments were all a great value and we were quite pleased with our stay.

Ingela was helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire flat was clean. The location is good as it is within walking distance to Schonbrunn and quite close to the subway stations. The ride downtown was quite short. We had a bit of confusion around the parking situation but once it was figured out, it was nice to have available to us.

Note that apartment #3 is on the third floor with no elevator access. There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the flat; however, all instructions are in German so we found washing clothes to be a bit of a challenge.

Vienna 2 bedroom

My family of 4 stayed here June 2016. I thought this was a good location, very close to the subway and just one stop away from Schoenbrunn Palace. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The hostess even had cell phones for us to use if needed and a binder with restaurants and places we might want/need with addresses and phone numbers. There was a small market that was pretty close by. We had a small snag when we first arrived and the key wasn't in the lock box. Luckily, we found a good samaritan that let us use her cell phone and the housekeeper arrived quickly to let us in. My 2 boys had bunk beds in their room and my husband and I had a full-sized bed. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment.

Lovely, lovely flat!

We stayed in several flats over the last 2 weeks and Ingela's was by far the best. The number one plus, air conditioning! It was very hot in Vienna when we were there and it was wonderful to be able to come back and relax and get cool. The apartment is very close to the subway/underground and close to several markets. Ingela gives you all the information you could possibly need to get around. The flat was extremely well stocked with lots of towels and the beds were comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the flat but it was nice to have a washing machine and 3 huge drying racks to dry our clothes on. Every modern convenience was there. We liked the motion sensor lights in the kitchen/bathroom area. That was nice when we came back and it was dark in the apartment. There were plenty of paper goods so we didn't need to buy anything. Detergent, bath soaps, body soaps, shampoo were all there if we needed them. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

For comfort and care stay here in Vienna

Anything you can want in a comfortable,spacious apartment from candle suffers and shoe horns to computer and free mobile phones. You are looked after from the time you arrive at the airport (taxi booked for you at reduced rate) through any advice and information to the time you leave.

Any problems or queries you may encounter are smoothed over by the hostesswith mostest. Enough kitchen equipment to please Deliah Smith (pastry cutters on holiday?)

Nice quiet area.with convenient shops and restaurants

Well positioned between Metro station and bus line for easy access into City. Schonbrunn Palace 10 min walk. Do not forget the Zoo.

Now looking forward to fourth visit

Absolutely Fabulous!

My mother and sister and I stayed in Apt 3 for a week. From my first enquiry with Ingela, I was favourably impressed by her prompt, detailed and friendly responses. We arrived in Vienna by train to Meidling Railway Station and left from Westbahnhof Railway Station and had no difficulty getting to or from either to the apartment - thanks Ingela for the clear instructions! The Vienna underground is the easiest I've ever travelled on.

I had been looking for an apartment closer to the Ringstrasse however we found this location to be excellent. Meidling Haupstrasse station is just a few stops from the city centre.

Having just come from a very bad experience with a VRBO/Homeaway apartment in London that sadly didn't live up to its photos or description, we were somewhat anxious when we arrived. We could not have been more pleased! The kitchen was large and very well equipped with everything you would need including good quality crockery, champagne and wine glasses. The loungeroom was beautifully decorated, large and cosy. There was a nice selection of DVDs provided. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we didn't have any issues with traffic noise. Everything was exceptionally clean! I'm very happy to say it was completely true to the photos.

Shortly after we arrived at the apartment, Ingela arrived with her lovely smile to welcome us and make sure we were settled in. She is a delightful lady who couldn't be more helpful. I'm sure it is a testament to how confident Ingela is that you will be happy with the apartment that payment is only required after arrival. (The apartment in London had required full payment prior to arrival - in retrospect that was a bad sign.)

The two mobile phones which Ingela provides were very useful as my sister and I could keep in touch if we went separate ways and also I finally had a phone number to email my husband to call me on!!

The laptop also came in very handy as we were able to google additional information and enabled us to locate the Café Schwarzenberg, the oldest coffee house on the Ringstrasse which had a grand pianist and violinist playing Strauss on Saturday and Sunday afternoons - a must visit.

During the week Ingela even dropped in with some free cocktail coupons for us from one of the local restaurants.

In short, we could not fault this apartment or Ingela and we'd love to stay again. Thanks so much Ingela!

TIP: Use the lift end exit of the Meidling Haupstrasse platform if you've got suitcases.

Amazing Apartment

We were visiting Vienna for an event and as there were 4 of us we decided to rent an apartment, so glad we did! This apartment was modern, comfortable and clean and in the best location.

It had a full sized kitchen so eating in was easy with supermarkets just a short walk away.

In arrival the owner has put together a brilliant book with recommendations of local restaurants which were an absolute delight to discover and enjoy.

I would definitely recommend the apartments (my sister was in the one below us too) and we would be more than happy to return next year.

I offer 10 apartments in the same building! This makes it easy to book for groups as well. You can choose from studio apartments for 1-2 persons, up to 3bedroom apartments sleeping 8-10 persons. The main reason why I decided to invest in apartments in this particular building is because of the perfect infrastructure. * Walking distance to Austria´s most visited tourist site: Palace Schönbrunn. * Right on the underground line U4 Meidling Hauptstrasse which is a direct line to the heart of the city (Karlsplatz/Oper) in 10min. * Direct bus line to the city center Hofburg Winter Palace.

Nearest Airport : Vienna International Airport - Schwechat at 20 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 100 Metres Nearest Ferry : Danube at 2 Kilometres Nearest Train : 1) Westbahnhof and 2) Meidling Railwaystation at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 150 Metres Nearest Beach : No beach but a lovely outdoor swimming pool :-) at 800 Metres Car: not necessary
