About this property

The new apartment "PINADA BEACH" has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room. It is intended for 6 people, although there is a possibility that 2 more people can be accommodated with an additional supplement. It is located in La Mata, just 6km from Torrevieja and 39km from Alicante. It is 200m from the beach and the sea.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is fully equipped. The price includes bed linen and a large towel and a small one for each, it is forbidden to take them to the pool or the beach.
Above all there is a large terrace from which you can see the Mediterranean Sea. There is a barbeque area, a toilet and even a shower. It is an ideal place to enjoy with family or romantic dinners as a couple. In the vicinity there are many restaurants, as well as grocery stores.
La Mata is a very touristy place. For those who like to enjoy the beach strolling, we recommend a 2.5km journey, which crosses a natural park, with dunes and trails. Another very nice place is the Molino del Agua Park and the Aromatic Park. For nature lovers we recommend a walk or bike ride to the natural park Las Lagunas. You can also see the "pink" lake, which are the salt flats of Torrevieja located 8.5km from the apartment. Its waters are relaxing, anti-inflammatory and reduce skin problems. Inside the lagoon you can enjoy the flamingos. In the vicinity there are also go-karts, Aquapolis water park, paddles, wakeboard, flyboard, surfing, canoeing- about 5km from the apartment.
We offer transportation from / to the airport of Alicante and Murcia for an additional fee of € 50.
The price is for a stay of 6 people, as said at the beginning, two more people can stay and you would have to pay € 50 more per week
