This modern private apartment block is situated just off Oxford Street, in one of Londons oldest and most attractive garden square in the heart of Theatreland. Its location is ideal for shopping and entertainment, and there are a wide variety of theatres, restaurants, cafes and shops all within easy walking distance. The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are all within walking distance

This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has separate bedroom and lounge with a double bed and a single bed in the main room and twins in the second room. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for immediate use.

Please note that whilst official check in is 1pm, we will try to let you check in before 13:00 should you arrive on an early flight. However, i this depends on whether previous guests are leaving that day so a same day changeover. We always do our best to ensure guests have a stress free check in and as little delay as possible. Once we have your full flight/Arrival information, then we will be able to confirm check in arrangements.

Check in times vary between 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and only when we have your full flight/arrival information can we make check in arrangements. Outside of these hours or weekends, we will need to book our taxi service with key delivery.



OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS Guests arriving outside normal office hours and weekends should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided to the driver in advance, when our office is closed and the driver will ensure youi get into the apartment. The reduced rateTaxi service costs can be provided, depending on the arrival airport and how many people in the party

The taxi is totally NON profit making by us. We organize it for the comfort and security of guests arriving off a long flight and getting into central London. They are met inside the arrivals hall at the airport, helped to the cab and taken directly to the flat. We give the driver the key so there is no waiting around. We use a Licensed London taxi driver in the official London black cab (not necessarily actually black in colour) he is vetted and bonded by Metropolitan Police and is fully insured. The guests do not have to worry about finding the correct address and flat, wandering around the street with heavy luggage and they go straight in – no delays. The driver we use is very experienced, all our guests love him and ask him to take them back too because of the comfort and pleasant way to travel they experienced on arrival. However the return journey is totally up to the individual guests

If guests are not arriving by air but by car or train, whether it be internal or Eurostar, outside normal hours, we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of £60 during the week ( Mon - Fri) until 17:00. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation. We will always try to help where we can.

Eurostar and other train arrivals: Please make sure that the train is scheduled to arrive at the London station terminus they arrive at before 1.30pm latest. This will give you the time to exit the station – this can be very slow – and there can be queues for taxis. Our aim is to ensure guests arrive stress free.

IMPORTANT:
Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked.

Soho is one of London’s most vibrant areas, where you will find actors, designers, media executives, business people and tourists of all nationalities. There is a great variety of pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants to suite every taste, including the world famous Ronny Scott jazz club. The British Museum and many universities in Bloomsbury are also within walking distance

As described, the unit is clean, spacious and has a great location. It is comfortably furnished, although the kitchen is minimally equipped. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi, however, was a fairly significant issue. It was essentially non-existent. The explanation I got from the property manager was it “is a central system and it all depends on how many people are using it within the building”. When traveling today, the ability to get online for maps, information, (maybe work?) is important. For international travelers, roaming on limited cell access it is absolutely vital for a successful trip. Not having individual Wi-fi in each unit is an unfortunate choice and as a result I would not recommend this unit for international travelers or anyone else for whom Wi-Fi is important.

Good Week in London Soho Square area
Great location! Loved easy walk/Uber access to most tourist locations. Great market and food options in area. A few items of feedback to make experience better for future guests: - Pre-arrival communications with host (especially Mark) were not great. Had to repeatedly ask for information that would be ignored or eventually responded to with excuses. Did not set a good expectation for what to expect - which was actually good. - Found the onsite team of two ladies to be excellent and helpful. - Hired taxi car from airport to transport our family to flat was excellent - although pricey. - Bathroom has a partial glass shield (less than half the full distance of the tub) that does not protect shower water from splashing out unto floor - dangerous/messy environment for walking in bathroom. - There is no lock on bathroom door to instill privacy between guests. Would be an easy fix. - Full "Rules" book waiting for guest upon arrival. Informational, stern but also helpful. The location, amenities and execution of this rental flat are sufficient to enjoy a good time in London, but perhaps could be one tier better for price offered. We would consider staying in this property again. perhaps not as a first choice.
