About this property

Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a charming village house. Kitchen dining room overlooking a south facing garden. Close to the lake. Three other accommodations are available in the residence (Chalet Contemporain, Le Studio and L'Etage)

Housing
Like the contemporary chalet and the studio, this apartment completes the unique accommodation offer of our residence.
We put all our know-how in selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique and custom furniture.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a 160x200 bed in one bedroom and a single sofa bed. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a gas hob and a full quality cookware set. Raclette machines, electric barbecue. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The apartment is heated.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi system / mp3 player.
Terrace and patio equipped with table, chairs, awning.
A private parking space to park your car.

A beautiful little property ideally situated

Celine's apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need for a stay away from home. Celine and Valerie were incredibly welcoming and gave us some brilliant suggestions of places to go/things to see/where to eat. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The BBQ was a wonderful bonus that we enjoyed in the great weather!

Excellent stay.

We stayed in the old converted house which remained cool in plus 30 degree temperatures. It is comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet location. It was nice to sit in the garden with the barbeque and the roll down awning provided much welcome shade. We met Celine and her husband who are charming, welcoming and very friendly.

Comfortable stylish and well equipped apartment

This apartment is a real gem. It is in a quiet village about 10 minutes from the shores of Lake Annecy. The interior is stylish, featuring stone timber and unique metal detailing. The owner Celine greeted us with a bottle of excellent local wine. The apartment comprises: a dining kitchen which is very well equipped including compact dishwasher and washing machine. Living room wiith sofa and large tv, with an alcove double bed. The bed is a little awkward to use being in an alcove with no space either side. Storage is also at a premium in the small space available, but neither caused us a problem. Compact ensuite shower room. As it is on the ground floor, there is a nice semi private sitting out area with a view of the mountain.

Sejour vacances de Noël.

Très bon séjour au sein du gîte en Haute-Savoie. Un bel accueil, avec un petit mot pour les fêtes bien sympathique. Beau gîte. Une très belle region a découvrir; a renouveler car trop court... Mercii.
