Exclusive Spacious Apartment Directly on Beach Front

This pristine, fully air conditioned apartment is situated in possibly the most desired location in Calvia Beach Resort and is definitely the place to be seen. With an enviable position at the front of this magnificent aparthotel you can sit back and relax and enjoy uninterrupted views of the white sands and turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. From this sunny terrace one can relax and consider the option to soak up the sun in either of several beautiful and very exclusive pools or magnificent beach, each only footsteps away.
The pool is owned by the Wavehouse Hotel and there are 2 beach clubs which have been completely refurbished on site with access for our guests but these may be subject to a charge locally. There is also an infinity pool and a large sun deck.
These facilities are SUBJECT TO THE HOTEL BEING OPEN therefore for winter use the pools may not be open.

Within moments of this fabulous apartment are some of the most elegant restaurants and stylish night spots which attract the “In” crowd including the infamous Nikki Beach, which is a great place for celebrity spotting. There are also several bar and dining options on site within the Wavehouse itself which include some discounts to our guests.

The variety of different pools within the Wavehouse complex offers a chilled out and laid-back atmosphere and the additional VIP bathing area with Bali beds overlooking the infinity pool (which is offered at a supplement guest) leaves plenty of opportunity for you to chill out in an upmarket environment.

The neighbouring resort of Palmanova with its 3 magnificent sandy beaches are in Walking distance and the smaller more laid-back resort of Cala Vinyas with its pretty little cove are only a short distance also.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!

The property owner Mary made contact to set up arrival arrangements. She was there to meet us off our transfer & show us around the apartment & complex. She was even on hand when I needed a pharmacy for my little boy. She is a star :-) The apartment itself is like a home away from home. Everything that you could possibly want & spotlessly clean. I really can't recommend this highly enough. The location is great. In the heart of Magaluf....but without any of the noise you would normally associate with a party destination. Fantastic views of the beach (ideal for people watching lol). We would regularly come back on an evening and have a view drinks on the spacious balcony. Definitely 10/10!!!

Wow, what a find!

This beautiful flat is a must visit. Prime location with a balcony looking straight out to sea. Ample comfortable seating for 6. Well maintained with air con in every room. Mary, the host cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!!!

Absolute pleasure from start to finish. Mary was so informative from the beginning and went out her way to make sure the property was cleaned earlier than planned to allow us to check in early. Photos really don’t do the apartment justice. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The hotel complex is also hard to fault. Lovely clean facilities and the location is second to none. Will definitely be staying here again if/when we come back to Magaluf again.

We came away to celebrate my sister turning 40 and had such a fun time. The apartment was perfect for us and in a great location!! Mary was a fabulous host and was really responsive. We would highly recommend staying here ❤️

British born, we have lived on the island for 13 years and absolutely love the atmosphere, the culture and most of all the summers sunshine & the fabulous beaches. We run our own business in the local area. We bought this place in 2017 and totally transformed it to a luxury standard. We live 5 minutes away from the property and therefore are on hand for our guests to personally greet them and also to give some useful information on things to do.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is brand new as of 2018, being completely transformed and it has an enviable position on the beachfront in probably one of the most sought after complexes "The Wavehouse" in the area. There is a very large terrace which overlooks the sea and the beach is footsteps away as are the beautiful pools offered in the complex. There are some fabulous places to eat with several in the complex and the nearby Blackbeards Beach Bar is a favourite for me. You can do as much or as little as you want here. If you want an upmarket party vibe try Nikki Beach or Temple bar a short stroll away.

What makes this property unique

This stylish apartment offers a luxury base and there is a top range kitchen should you want to dine in, but with the option of many places to eat if you want to get out and about. Theres international TV with huge 75 inch screen for your entertainment in the lounge and TV with firestick for 2 of the bedrooms. But... for me the view from the apartment says everything...
