Fantastic apartment on the seafront completely renovated. The building is located on the coast of Icod de los Vinos on San Marcos Beach. It has a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a magnificent terrace of 17m with direct views of the sea. By a promenade, you can directly access the beach in just 3 minutes. The accommodation is perfect to spend a quiet holiday away from the crowded tourist centers. The famous city of Icod de los Vinos is just 2 km away with numerous museums, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas.

Week in the Sun
This apartment is superb, clean, bright, modern, well equipped. And then there's the sun trap balcony where you could literally spend your days, enjoying the sea views and a glass of wine. Then there's the host, Jeronimo, who goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure his guests have everything they need. A superb experience.

A very clean and smart apartment overlooking padel courts and the sea.
We enjoyed watching the locals playing padel and the fact we could see and hear the sea from our balcony. Apartment had all the essentials. Spotless and a comfortable base to travel from. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants over-looking the sea and tootled around local villages. Would def recommend. Our host was very efficient and welcoming. Many thanks

Sehr gepflegtes und ordentliches Appartement
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Toller Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen. Schöne große Terrasse mit Tisch zum Essen und zwei Liegestühlen. Schlafzimmer war schön geräumig mit einem guten Doppelbett. Wir hatten Bedenken weil es keine Heizung gibt, aber das braucht man so nah am Meer nicht haben, da es warm ist. Man hat halt den Sportclub vor sich was nicht so toll anzuschauen und natürlich auch Geräusch macht, aber uns hat es nicht so gestört. Dafür ist man direkt am Meer. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man auch was mit, wenn sie über einem Stühle rücken oder laut schief singen und sprechen, aber zum Glück waren die meisten eigentlich ganz nett und nicht übermässig laut.- Ist halt ein Apartmenthaus mit geringer Isolierung, da kann das immer passieren…auch braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, wenn man auch mal weg will und einkaufen muss, da es doch etwas abgelegen ist und es nicht so sehr viel in der Nähe gibt - vor allem im Januar.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr guten Aufenthalt in San Marcos. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit sehr schnellem Wifi. Lediglich eine Spülmaschine haben wir vermisst. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist gut, man hat das Meer im Blick. Der Sportplatz darunter hat uns nicht gestört. Von Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, so steht der Mietwagen im Schatten. Die Zufahrt ist steil und in der Garage kann es eng zugehen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp ist sehr angenehm und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Möchte man den schönen Norden Teneriffas erleben, dann können wir diese Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen weiterempfehlen.
