About this property

This is a beautiful modern first floor apartment located in a quiet location to the south of the complex looking over the gardens and pool to the sea..

The apartment is fitted with marble floors throughout: two bedrooms, (master double bedroom with sea views and the other is twin); marble bathroom; fully furnished and remodelled to a very high standard; hot and cold air conditioning to the living area; ceiling fans to the bedrooms; fully fitted high gloss white kitchen with granite worktop, quality electrical appliances and a separate utility area with a washing machine, large water heater and cleaning facilities. The apartment has international TV channels installed and fibre-optic wi-fi.

The apartment terrace is large and south facing with views to the community gardens and the Mediterranean sea, perfect for sun on the terrace. The terrace has a large aluminium table and chairs, lounge chairs and LED lights.

The complex facilities include large communal swimming pools with Jacuzzi and pool side bar; 3 paddle tennis courts; children's playground; extensive landscaped gardens with parasols for sunbathing; barbecue area and secure underground car park. The complex is fully enclosed with security gates and fencing, a full time caretaker on site, and lifeguard to the swimming pools during the summer months.

Adjoining the complex is a promenade walk along the Aguamarina cliff face with fantastic views of the Mediterranean and La Manga, and the apartment is a few minutes walk from the Cabo Roig beach, a large variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste, and public and private health centres and pharmacies should you need them. The Zenia Boulevard Commercial centre is located nearby which includes most of the major chain stores, a bowling alley and casino. A small supermarket is located adjacent to the complex and a Consum supermarket is located further down the street.

The golf courses of Real Campoamor, Las Calitas de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are all within a few kilometres.

Baby facilities: cots, high chairs, car-seats etc. are available.

Excellent 5 star accommodation

First class appartment have visited 3 times.Excellent furniture and fittings with refitted bathroom/kitchen. Bedding and towels are of a high quality with ample spares. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Location good with the coast,restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Lots of extras, shopping trolley, bags, beach towels,games etc. Andrew is a great guy,extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had a problem with the security blind in the bedroom but the issue was sorted straight away. It's certainly a home from home and have no hesitation in recommending same.

My little piece of Spanish heaven

I was so lucky to have found this place when I did. I've been coming here for over 6 years now and it just gets better and better. Andrew is a fantastic landlord and every year there is some improvements made to the property - sometimes big, sometimes small but always something. It's pristine and everything works! IF anything crops up, Andrew takes care of it immediately. The property is located within easy walking distance (for real - not just the usual Irish "ah it's only 10 minutes walk away") of the beach and the strip which includes many restaurants, bars, nightclubs, banks and shops. I will be coming back every summer as long as I can. You should taste a little slice of this Spanish heaven for yourself. You won't regret it.

Will gladly be back

Just what we needed. Very well apointed apartment with good quality modern fittings. The terrace was a nice surprise with mood lighting and comfy chairs to sit out and have an evening drink. Plenty of good bars and restaurants on our doorstep and beautful beaches an easy stroll from the complex.
