Casa Ventalarga is a spacious traditional house at a very reasonable price with many very attractive features, and is situated in a prime position in the middle of the village. From the house there are views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
The owners of Casa Ventalarga are Spanish. Situation: the house is located in the lovely, friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepción within a short walking distance of the facilities of the village. The property: there are several features which make Casa Ventalarga special: its balconies, the vestibule,the enclosed terrace, which is an ideal place in which to relax, the oudoor facilities and the convenience of the secure parking area. Covered terrace: an ideal space for relaxation with electronically operated shutter, overlooking the swimming pool and enclosed courtyard. Courtyard: 24m x 14m with reclining garden furniture and walled garden. Gas barbecue complete with plancha grill. Secure parking area with electronically operated gate. Swimming pool: 8m x 4m curved pool.
Outhouse: storage area with toilet and washbasin enclosure. Lounge/dining room: 6m x 5m with sofa, dining furniture, tv , dvd, music system, air-conditioning/heating. Two small balconies. Vestibule: traditionally furnished, it lends a quiet elegance to the house. Kitchen: fully fitted and equipped with electric oven and radiants, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle.
Master bedroom: 5m x 4m with double bed, double wardrobe, air-conditioning/heating, small balcony. Bedroom 2: 5m x 3.5m with twin beds, double wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet. Bedroom 3: single bed, wardrobe. Other equipment: washing machine. Linen:

Nice house, good location to explore area.

Very nice house, as described. We would have expected change of bed linen and towels for a 2 week stay, and some cleaning of house and pool. The local town was disappointing, with lots of traffic noise affecting the bedrooms overlooking the road. Annoying that almost all local restaurants closed for our entire second week. Supermarket opposite got a lot of our custom!
