Casa de Campo de Oliveira has three holiday cottages which have been lovingly converted from existing farm buildings using a local architect and builder. They are rustic in style with local wood used in abundance to create a unique rural holiday experience here in unspoiled central Portugal The cottages share communal areas where there is ample room for relaxing in your own quiet corner, having a BBQ and just chill while looking at the far reaching wonderful views across the countryside. Wi-fi access is available in all cottages.
Cottage No 1 is a delightful self catering cottage over two floors with a lovely wooden staircase and tiled floor. It has a kitchen area, a dining area and a cosy snug where you can watch TV in front of a wood burner - but only in winter of course! Most of the time the living area is nice and cool and unaffected by the hot temperatures outside.
There is a cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster if you need to cook for yourself. Wood for the fire is supplied in winter.
There is an abundance of wood - open beams on the ceiling and the staircase which leads to the second floor. There is also a sofa bed in the louge area.
On the second floor is a bathroom and your bedroom. Everything is very new having been renovated from farm buildings, so there is a cosy feeling of rustic charm permeating throughout. Cottage No 1 has its own terrace with far reaching views across the beautiful countryside where you can sip a glass of Port before retiring to bed.
