Before you book, please be aware there is no elevator for this 3rd floor condo.; and we ask that you help conserve energy by being reasonable with electricity (there is $0.35/kwh for usage above average of 21 kwh/day - we typically use around 15 Kwh/day when we stay). Also, the community pool has a sliver of view to the sea, but the condo itself does not - view is blocked by a building next door (though roof deck is fairly private as there are only small, obscured windows on the neighboring building).
