Modern & spacious apartment overlooking Estepona Marina with stunning sea views

Stunning, South East facing, air-conditioned apartment ideally situated on the 3rd floor thus providing great views but not too high for vertigo sufferers. Directly overlooking the beautiful Estepona Marina with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. Access is provided to 2 swimming pools. Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are an easy 5 minute walk away and Estepona old town with it's many beautiful tree lined plaza's is on the doorstep. The apartment has an open balcony, comfortably seating 4 people, providing panoramic views of Gibraltar, North Africa, the traditional white walled town and the lovely marina. Just perfect for people watching! The apartment is stunningly furnished having recently undergone a full refurbishment. It is comprehensively equipped with all you will need for a short break or long term stay. Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful, unspoiled and typically Spanish areas on the Costa del Sol.

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny, VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

The Dolphin Trip from the Marina is an excellent day out and very rarely are dolphins not seen.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is about 25 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the port as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there.

Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park: Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

Beautifully furnished in a lovely modern style this South facing one bedroom apartment provides the ideal holiday home from home. It is in a stunning location with all rooms benefiting from sea views. The apartment has recently undergone a full refurbishment to the highest standard, in a modern, yet extremely comfortable style including new double glazed windows, a new bathroom, a new tiled floor and all new fixtures and fittings including all furniture, linen, white goods and entertainment equipment. The apartment has two comfortable lounge areas thus providing more than ample space to spread out and relax. The main lounge area has a dining area for four people and also sofa seating for six around the TV with DVD player. The extended lounge area provides a further seating area for six overlooking the Marina. The open balcony provides seating for four people where you can sit in the sun and marvel at the sensational Marina and sea views.

We have been holidaying in Estepona since 1992 and in 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to leave Manchester and move to Spain. We have been letting guests stay in our apartments for over 10 years and like to think that we now know how to make our guests holidays a special experience; from the simple booking process, to providing detailed directions to the apartment, to the standard of the 'finish' of the apartments and the quality of the complementary welcome pack that we provide. It sounds easy but getting the little details just right is often the making of a stress free holiday.

Excellent holiday - looking forward to returning.

We spent 5 weeks during February-March 2011 in Andy and Beata's apartment in Estepona.

Andy explained that they had tried to create a "wow" factor when guests first entered the apartment and with the recent make-over the apartment certainly provides that.

During our stay in Estepona we had the opportunity of looking at several other apartments and only one other met a similar standard (and that was a larger apartment also owned by A&B)

The apartment is furnished in a modern style with great views (great waking up in the morning to the sun coming in the bedroom window) All areas are well equiped.There are a number of stores within 2 mins walking distance for food/drink etc.

The balcony is a joy where on most mornings we had breakfast in the sun..It was the perfect place to people watch as it not only overlooks the Marina but also many of the bars and restaurants that make the Marina the vibrant place it is.

We would often stay on the balcony in the morning enjoying the sun then venture out in the afternoon to have lunch ,walk along the Paseo Maritimo with the blue sea on one side and a fantastic display of succulants on the other or stroll along the Marina or beach.

The "Old Town" is superb and offers a real glimse of what Estepona was in the past.There are several squares to visit and stop in for a cooling drink.

The range of restaurants and bars is good with a good selection of Tapas bars to try (highly recommended). Estepona is still a vibrant fishing port with many excellent fish restaurants in the area.We would recommend El Pescador on the Paseo Maritimo, El Cazador in the Marina and La Escollera in the port. We had our laptop with us and found De La Mar,near the apartment a good place to visit for free WiFi along with great food and drink and really nice staff.

Estepona is the sort of place you can quite happily visit without doing any day trips but should you want to go to Gibraltar,Malaga or Peurto Banus public transport is available with a bus service from Estepona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five weeks in A&B's apartment, so much so that we have booked 5 weeks next year.We would have returned for a month in October had the apartment been available.

We had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Beata several times.There is no doubt that they care about their guests and go to great lengths to ensure the apartment meets all expectations.

We look forward to returning.

As returning guests - some 20 years! - we can truthfully say that the service and quality of accommodation has, as ever, been superb. Beata and Andy are great hosts and with the variety of restaurants in the port and in town, you cannot ask for more. Our favourite spot is Cristal Beach, just a ten minute walk away. We have already booked for Xmas and New Year.

Excellent accomodation

Really impressed with the lovely apartment - views were stunning. Really nice just to relax and look out over the marina reading a book. Lovely walk too by the sea into the old town and lots of nice restaurants in the marina itself. Andy was extremely helpful and we'd definately stay there again.

Perfect location well maintained

We had a really comfortable 6 weeks, side windows mean the warm winter sun can shine through into the sitting area, and heating was not always required! The perfect place to sit and read a book if the weather not conducive for walking far, but the proximity of many good bars helps on such occasions! Very well placed for everything.

Lovely and clean and everything worked which is amazing in Spain, the owner on hand immediately if anything should go wrong.

We would certainly recommend this apartment, and I am sure any others that the owner rents out.

Two fabulous and relaxing weeks in a perfekt place

I definitely agree to all the positive points people mentioned before - the apartment is spacious, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking and feeeling comfortable and at home, the views are marvelous - e.g. you can observe the sun rising while lieing in the bed. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes and pubs in walking distance at the marina or in the centre of Estepona to have excellent meals relax or just watch the sea or people. If you like fish you should try La Escallera at the marina. The apartment, the beach, the marina and the paseo maritimo and, and ........ garuantees a perfekt holiday. Everything was like in the description of the apartment and the places around and thanks a lot to A&B's hospitality :-)))))

Perfectly situated by the marina with good views and easy access to bars restaurants, supermarkets and 2 beaches. The flat is very well equipped and is well maintained with everything provided. Perfect for strolls along the promenade and sightseeing in the area. No problems at all

Puerto Paraiso is ideally located overlooking the lovely Estepona Marina and has views to die for! From watching the beautiful sun rise in the morning, to people watching throughout the day it is often hard to tear yourself away from the balcony, but you must, as Estepona has such a lot to offer both in and around the Marina and also in the 'old town' which is an excellent example of a sea-side pueblo blanco.

The Puerto Paraiso complex is ideally situated in the heart of Estepona's thriving marina with a wide array of restaurants and tapas bars giving the area a truly Spanish feel whilst pleasantly avoiding the 'night club' culture sometimes suffered on the Costa del Sol. Within 5 minutes walk you will find two supermarkets, local shops and beautiful beaches with E.C. Blue Flag status (awarded for cleanliness and safety). Our favourite, Cristo Beach, is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and is only 5 minutes walk away (250m). In high season the beaches are manned by lifeguards and all have well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of beachfront, traditional, Spanish restaurants (chiringuitos) making it ideal for a family day out. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys its own micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters.

A non returnable booking deposit of €150 (or £150) per full or part week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the rates table by €150.
