The Garden Flat of Alder Cottage is a self-contained two bedroom flat with a large family bedroom (kingsize bed with toddler bed available on request) and a small single bedroom plus bathroom, kitchen & lounge/diner. The lounge has patio doors to the enclosed garden. There is a parking space outside. This is next door to our home which is a large renovation project, it will become an Ecocentre (no building work involved just lots of tidying to do!). The flat itself was once part of a care bungalow (that was converted from a cowshed in the 1970s) so it is a little quirky. It will be improved over the next 12 months when we will replace the kitchen & bathroom. It offers a clean & comfortable, family and pet friendly space, at a bargain price that reflects the condition. We're pet friendly and the whole building is level access so wheelchair friendly (although our bathroom has a shower over bath only).

Adequate accomodation
The property needs some care and attention (which we were aware of at the time of renting) perfectly ok as a place to sleep . The fenced small garden worked for our dogs. The condition of the property was reflected in the price.
