Situated in Son Fe in 7,000m2 of private land, Ca Na Marga is 10 minutes from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. It also forms the perfect base for travelling around the island, being only 45 minutes from Palma.

The Finca has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using excellent quality materials including Amtico flooring, excellent joinery work and high quality decoration. The main bathroom and en-suite are of exceptional quality, with large walk in showers, and an over sized bath and twin sinks to the main bathroom, all complemented with good quality towels.

The Finca is fully central heated and has a wood burning stove to the living room and an open log burning fire in the kitchen.

The kitchen is large and brand new. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 ring hob with double oven, a large free standing fridge/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is also well equipped with utensils, juicer, coffee maker and blenders etc. The kitchen has patio doors leading onto a terrace with table and chairs.

The living room has patio doors leading directly onto a large decked alfresco dining area. Also in the living room is a TV with DVD player and satellite.

Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom and a large separate bedroom with twin beds that have pull-out beds underneath (the second bedroom can sleep 4 but the pull out beds are generally used for children). Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and windows with in-built mosquito nets.

Please Note: The ground floor bedroom has a high quality double bed settee. It has its own en-suite and although part of the living room, it is separated by a full length curtain and has total privacy.

The gardens are well maintained and have a range of fruit trees including figs, pomegranates, almonds, blackberries and some Mallorcan delights.

There is a fantastic private infinity pool (8m x 4m) with plenty of sun loungers, enjoying panoramic views of the mountains.

Located near the infinity pool, which is ideal for keeping your eye on the children playing is the raised BBQ area, set under a flower laden shady terrace with comfortable seating and relaxed lighting. The range type BBQ means cooking for a large family or group of families can be done with ease.

Separate shaded areas can be found amid the grassed lawns, for those wonderfully relaxing lazy days and the outside spaces around the villa add to its quality cosy interior. There is a large decked area with outside seating and parasol, which makes for fantastic alfresco dining as well as a separate seating area next to the pomegranate trees, perfect for a morning coffee and croissant.

There is a table tennis table which can be set up in numerous areas of the large gardens, where football, frisbee and other games can be enjoyed.

Privacy is paramount at Ca Na Marga and despite being close to all the towns, there is only one other villa situated next door.

The flowers are stunning in the summer, evenings are spent with only the chiming of the bells from the local convent and the bleating of the grazing mountain goats.

Whether you are looking for a totally relaxing holiday, a beach holiday, or a base to explore the island, this Finca is perfect, set in natural surroundings and close to all local amenities.

Wunderschöne Finca im mallorquinischen Stil

Die Finca ist sehr schön am Rande des Tramuntana Gebirges gelegen. Für 2 Familien ist sie optimal aufgeteilt. Die überdachte Terrasse ist riesig gross. Zusätzlich lässt der große Pool keine Wünsche offen.

Wir waren alle begeistert und können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Everything We Could Have Asked For

Where do I begin ??

This Villa was everything we could have wanted....and MORE !

Our party consisted of 5 adults between 19yrs old - 48 yrs old.

The location was beautiful in a very peaceful mountainside area, but was still perfectly located to reach the towns on Pollensa and Alcudia.

The Villa itself was immaculate inside and outside, the pool was wonderful and due to the excellent weather we spent many a day just lounging around it.

There was a lovely BBQ area, and also a seperate dining area.

We shall 100% be booking through Villa Vida again as this was truly a holiday of a lifetime.

A hidden secret jewel of a place!

Our booking for June 2014 will be our fifth visit in as many years to this beautiful private location, yet only ten minutes drive from the main town.

If you want your own chilled out villa with a superb high standard accommodation away from all the crowds, this is it!

As a couple we have enjoyed everything from the picturesque infinity pool to the gorgeous garden where you can pick a fresh fig off the tree for breakfast!

We read, we swam and we even played table tennis, then laid by the pool to take in the tranquillity of this calming place all to ourselves.

A super place to relax either for that time together or even more so for families because all you need is there.

You have to appreciate that although you are only ten minutes away from the main town, you are so secluded in such a hidden little gem that is so private allowing you to just relax and enjoy your holiday the way you want to!

As a couple or as a family, this is a great place to be..make the most of it!

A lovely quirky property in a secluded setting.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It has a great fresh water pool and the decking and BBQ areas are great for Al Fresco Dining.

When not eating in the villa we took a short drive to old town Pollenca and Port De Pollenca where there are some great eateries and bars.

The villa itself had everything we needed for our stay.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

Finding the villa was easy with the directions given.

We were met Colin, He was very helpful & also friendly, you could ask him anything .

The villa was brand new & felt very cosy as soon as you entered.The kitchen was very well equipped, I could have been at home. Having a car to get around is essential! There is much to see & Alcudia is a interesting Spanish town only 5 mins away with lots of shops, restaurants, bars & also a lovely huge beach.

We were spoilt for places to eat. In the villa, the terrace was perfect for a morning coffee. We all had lunch down on the terrace whilst in the evening we used to eat inside a BBQ's.

I must mention the pool which in the mini "heatwave" in October was great & very private. The only trouble is there is so much to see & do we would have liked to stayed longer, hope next time.

We will certainly be booking again and are both looking forward to our next stay.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit toller Garten-und Poolanlage!

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Hier wurde an Vieles gedacht, was man für einen tolle. Aufenthalt braucht!

Einziges Manko waren die vielen Ziegen, die ab und an das Grundstück queren.

Aber auch darum wurde sich umgehend gekümmert!
