This lovely house enjoys an excellent location on the side of the Puig de Maria just a short stroll to the historic old town of Pollensa with the dramatic backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains, 5km inland from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa.

The property is approached from the road that leads to the summit of the puig, after 150m you arrive at this delightful property. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(1 en-suite) , lounge with satellite TV decoder, dining area/ hallway and kitchen with dining area. Outside there is a super private pool which is approximately 9m x 4m, plenty of sun loungers and separate seating areas. There is a separate fantastic covered external kitchen with built BBQ, Mallorquin wood oven and dining area. Shady sitting areas can be found around the garden & terraces for quiet reading spots or pre dinner aperitifs. There are stunning views across Pollensa town and into the Vall de Colonya.

An excellent spot for if you want the space and tranquillity of a villa yet be able to walk into town for dinner or to do some shopping without the worry of parking the car.

The driveway at the property can provide parking for 2 to 3 cars comfortably.

Villa outside Pollencia

Property was well furnished and in a great location. Getting in and out of the drive was a little tricky as the turn is very tight. The villa had all that a family needs for a great stay - very clean, lovely home furnishings, beautiful gardens and a reasonable swimming pool.

The northernmost spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollença. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. The town, under the shade of the mountains of Puig de Pollença and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. During nearly all the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas among which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The Sunday market is a social event and people travel from around the island to experience the array of products on offer.
