About this property

The 84 square meter room, ideal for a family reservation, or for a group or to share with others located on the second floor of the house can be private. The house is in Ponta Delgada, one of the emblematic and very neighboring areas. You can have breakfast very close to my home in a pleasant cafeteria. Near our house there are restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls. The house is large / comfortable and overlooks a public garden. Visit my photos. Thanks.

The space

I Paulo can make myself available to show the island in a safe and quiet environment, without any inconvenience of the places to be visited, I do it for the taste without any amount to pay. I want you to leave this island satisfied and delighted.

Of course, when it comes to talking and solving things, this is not a residential, but a family that lives in a private home and has the best intentions.

You can also enjoy the living room, the cinema with the surrond system.

Très bien !

Communication très facile avec Paulo qui a été très attentif à nos demandes. Très bon conseil pour les visites. L’appartement très spacieux et propre. Parfait pour 4 personnes, ils ont même un lit pour bébé ! Jolie terrasse pour les apéros du soir ou dîners. Central pour visiter l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
