Great place to stay & fab location, easy access to beach, shop & places to eat

Very well organised & homely place. We enjoyed the pool, verandah, balcony & BBQ before the horrible weather forced us indoors!

A fantastic holiday!

We have just got back from a fantastic 16 night stay in Denia. We love Denia as it has everything we want in a summer holiday and to have an accommodation such as this so close to the beach and an array of shops and bars was perfect for us and our two young children (4 and 6). We had lots of fun in the pool and the accommodation was well equipped for our family with everything provided for matching the descriptions stated upon taking out the rental agreement. I would highly recommend staying here for a young family such as ours, we loved it and will most definitely be back again!

Love this villa

It was our second time we have stayed in this lovely villa. Becky has supplied it with every home comfort you possibly need. Perfect for couples or families. Great pool, well kept gardens and beautifully kept villas. Beach is only over the road and shops around the corner, what more could you want. Keen to return!

Great base for our golfing break

We know people who own a similar place on the complex so there were no surprises. They have owned their place for 20+ years so that says it all really! A very clean place with everything to hand. The complex seemed well maintained also and very safe. Had one trip to the marina which was superb, the other night spent in the few local bars 100m away which we found to be extremely friendly. Would certainly stay again and try to have more time to see some more of Denia which was also highly recommended.

Perfect house in beautiful complex

The property was fabulous, everything was exactly as it was described. Denia was a lovely Spanish town not too many tourists. Tourist information centre was very helpful went to Benidorm for the day on the train, (station near the tourist centre) checked out the new Marina, went up to the Castle on the tourist train, found a lovely Toy Museum (again near Tourist Centre) went on a glass bottom boat trip. Could not fault anything cafes etc round the corner from the complex with supermarket bus stop for bus into Denia every 20 mins last one from Denia was 11.00 pm perfect for an evening out. What else can i say we loved it and have already recommended the house and complex to family and friends. Rebecca also helped us with finding the airport transfer after being let down on the Tuesday and was flying to Alicante on the Saturday thank you so much for that Rebecca
