- THE PROPERTY -

The Restful Lodge is a 4,700 sq. ft. 3 story log home on Lake Hamilton. Within the home you will find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open concept main floor design, downstairs game room, and many decks and balconies.

The main floor features an open floor plan.
The full-size kitchen includes double ovens, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed to make any meal. The kitchen also features a spacious island with seating and the dining area accommodates ten.
The living area has two oversized sofas, a large recliner, 60" 4K TV with DirectTV, large unique stone wood-burning fireplace, wet bar with an ice maker, and a baby grand piano.
Also on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room.

Upstairs you will find the master suite and queen suite.
The luxurious master suite includes a king bed, seating area with an antique down sofa and TV, and 2 balconies. The bathroom features his & hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.
Right down the hall you will find the suite with a queen bed, TV, private balcony, and bathroom offering a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs includes an additional bedroom, bathroom, and game room.
The lower level includes a game room with a ping pong table, card table, curved screen 4K TV, games/books/videos/DVDs, and a large sectional sofa that folds into a king-size memory foam platform bed.
The bedroom has a queen bed and opens to a patio with a hammock. The separate bathroom has a large clawfoot tub.
