About this property

East View is a stylish semi detached house in an idyllic, picture-postcard, church square setting. Sitting high above sea level we are lucky to have far reaching views to the rear of open countryside. The house received a full renovation in 2017-2018 and has been finished to a high standard throughout. The sleeping arrangements consist of two double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 can be configured of a super king bed or twin beds with the option of an extra small single bed if required and features a vaulted ceiling and sash windows opening into the pretty church square. Bedroom 2 can be arranged as a king bed or twin beds and has phenomenal far reaching views to the rear of the house. The bathroom has a luxurious roll top bath, double vanity unit and huge shower and toilet. Sky TV and broadband is provided in the open plan lounge and dining room and cosy lighting is a feature throughout the house. The kitchen is new, modern and well equipped.

The house is superbly and centrally located for a number of activities and attractions across the county so we are pretty confident that you won't be short of things to do!

Not good value

Very expensive property for what you actually get. This isn’t set up to be a holiday home. We were promised a fully equipped kitchen, but when we got there we found a milk pan in the cupboard and a very burnt pan in the dishwasher,. As we had booked the property for Christmas we weren’t able to actually cook anything in the place at all as there wasn’t anything to cook with. If you want to self cater, this isn’t the property for you. From the price we expected a premium property, but unfortunately we found ourselves very disappointed, When we asked the owner about the missing and damaged pans we had no reply part from an acknowledgement that we had found all that was available. Fire alarms were missing and a few other basic things were missing too, including space to hang your clothes. Overall, very disappointed with the property, especially considering the price.
