On the ground floor, in addition to the small veranda, there is the living area with fireplace and TV / Sat, dining area with kitchen and a cloakroom / utility room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with bathroom on the second floor there is a large attic bedroom with bathroom and a study / library. All rooms are furnished with period furniture and restored with pieces of contemporary design. The exposed beams and stone walls help create a warm and welcoming environment.

The property was lovely, tastefully decorated, well equipped and spacious

We loved the property, it was very characterful and in a pretty location. The rooms and living area are well layed out and spacious, with a small but well equipped kitchen!

Schöne Unterkunft in ländlicher Umgebung

Stilvoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtetes Appartement auf einem Bauernhof. Zum Leidwesen unserer Kinder sind die zahlreichen Katzen wenig verschmust. Sehr schöne Landschaft mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten, allerdings mit dem Nachteil, dass die nächste Autobahn weit weg ist. Daher sind viele andere Städte aufgrund der teilweise sehr kurvigen Straßen erst mit langer Anreise erreichbar.

Casa confortevole, accogliente e squisitamente arredata

una vacanza favolosa, con tutti i comfort di una casa moderna immersa in un'atmosfera calda e accogliente , in totale tranquillità tra le meravigliose colline dell' appennino. I padroni di casa sono stati squisiti. Consigliatissimo!

Ein rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit bei Problemen. Die Anfahrt zu den größeren Städten Parma, Modena, Bologna war etwas beschwerlich, dafür haben wir eine herrliche Landschaft gesehen. Die Räume verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen, sind also nicht behinderengerecht, und sind gut eingerichtet. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Casa da favola.......

Immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos della città, accoglienza e cortesia da 10 e lode..... tutto funzionante al 100%, raccomandato per chi vuole relax e godersi le vacanze. La casa ristrutturata merita un bel 10 in pagella.
