The villa is Garrover is located on the mountainside with stunning sea views, close to Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It is the ideal starting point for hiking. It is located about 2 km from the village of Son Servera, where you can visit the old town and where you can find typical Majorcan and international restaurants.

About 15 minutes drive away is the town of Arta and canyamel town, with its caves, with its almost medieval air and is also the area of ??Porto Cristo where the Caves of Drach are. For a night out have a drink in the area of ??Cala Millor, Bars and Pubs in the area of ??Cala Ratjada just 15 minutes drive there are a lot of clubs and nightlife. Beautiful location and perfect villa

We stayed in this well equipped spacious villa with our three children’s under the age of 5 for a taste of February sunshine. It is the perfect location to access restaurants and the beach at Cala Millor and supermarkets. Within walking distance of the safari zoo and we did day trips to the aquarium and the national park mondrago both one hour by car. The host was very welcoming and responded very quickly to any questions I had regarding the villa facilities. Highly recommended.

Finca leider etwas lieblos und Klimaanlage defekt.

Der Vermieter war pünktlich zur Übergabe vor Ort. Die Finca machte um ersten Moment einen guten Eindruck. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt fallen dann doch Unzulänglichkeiten auf. Der Pool und Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufige, jedoch nur teilweise begehbare und grundsätzlich schlecht gepflegt. Poolleiter wackelt, Sprosse lose, bewuchs nicht zurückgeschnitten, soadss beim ausstieg jedes mal in kontakt mit Sträuchern kommt. Auserdem hat der Pool oberhalb der Wasserkante eine schwarzen "Schmalzrand", weil eine Ausendusche nicht vorhendwn ist und sicher jeder Besucher mit Sonnenschutz ins Wasser geht. Terrasse und sonstige Befestigte wegen nicht gepflegt, noch nicht mal gekehrt. Es stehen an Türen Schrauben heraus. Toranlage eigentlich automatisch, aber kaputt. In der Fince richt es leicht moderig. Leider war bis auf ein willkommm Bier im Kühlschrank keine weiteren nützlichen utensilien bereitgestellt. Das führte dazu, dass wir alle wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage und bei offenen Fenstern schliefen. Am nächsten tag waren wir alle völlig zerstochen. Also kicht 1-10 stiche, eher 40-50 Stiche. Die Klimaanlage wurde während useres Aufenthalt nicht repariert, obwohl die am ersten tag für den Folgetag angekündigt wurde. Hier erwarten wir Hilfe der fewo für einen erheblichen Nachlass. Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca, wenn die Klimaanlage geht und ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail gelebt würde. Im aktuellen Zustand auf jeden fall nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Gemeinsam mit Freunden haben wir in diesem Haus meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und können es für eine größere Gruppe weiterempfehlen. Bis auf die Lage und die Nähe der Straße (Lautstärke) gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Übergabe und Abgabe war unkompliziert, in dem Haus hat es bis auf einen Weinöffner an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großen Grundstück und Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, ruhige Lage, großer Garten, großer Pool waren perfekt für uns. Die Ausstattung ist gut: Klima in jedem Schlafzimmer, WLAN auf dem ganzen Gelände, Parkplätze, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler. Generell könnten ein paar kleine Verbesserungen/Erneuerungen/Reparaturen durchgeführt werden: Gas für Gasgrill leer, Kohlegrill fast durchgerostet, beide Toaster defekt, Waschbecken im Bad verstopft, Duschkopfhalterung kaputt, Sicherung springt regelmäßig raus (Duschen, Klima und Geschirrspüler gleichzeitig nicht möglich). Wir haben uns von diesen Punkten nicht stören lassen, ich könnte mir allerdings vorstellen, dass dies anders gesehen werden könnte.
