With private parking and local amenities only minutes form the front door this is an ideal base for those working in the area. Situated only 20 minutes walk from Durham Market place and with excellent bus services on the doorstep as well as having easy access to the A690 and A1M. Property consists of communal entrance hall leading to private front door. The apartment has lounge with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bath with shower over and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with another double bed in the second bedroom.
