About this property

The house, located in the historic center of Bolognano, is ideal for two or three occupants (cot can be reached on request). It consists of: bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom / shower, storage room, entrance opening onto a kitchen, independent living / dining room with a sofa bed with access to the balcony and view of the valley. The house also has a small flowered courtyard independent overlooking a cul-de-sac alley in the historic center. The house offers views of the canyons and the Orta River, which is a beautiful nature reserve. Trails of varying difficulty from the village allow access to the river.

Una bellissima esperienza

Bolognano. Non conoscevo questo paese. Un posto pulito, ordinato, tranquillo, curato. Suggestivo perchè si affaccia sulle gole dell'Orta. Da Bolognano parte il sentiero per camminare lungo il fiume Orta e per raggiungere la famosa "Cisterna" o il bacino della diga Enel e tuffarsi in acque limpide. A Bolognano non ci sono negozi ma con la macchina in 10 minuti al massimo ci sono molti noti supermercati. La posizione è perfetta per organizzare gite in tutte le destinazioni più note. Fiumi, laghi, mare e montagna. La casa. Deliziosa. Un'antica casa con pareti in pietra. Camera da letto suggestiva e molto spaziosa. Piacevole anche l'articolazione dei vani su tre livelli interni, con rampe di neanche 10 gradini. La casa ha uno spazio esterno di fronte l'entrata ed un balconcino che si affaccia sulle gole dell'Orta. Il wifi prende perfettamente. Erica, la proprietaria, è un'ottima padrona di casa, attenta, gentile e ben disponibile. Insomma è uno di quei posti di cui ti innamori e tutto è filato liscio senza nessun inconveniente.

Vacanze in Abruzzo

L'appartamento è veramente carino e molto fresco. L'unico neo, che il borgo non offre servizi, se non una farmacia, per cui è necessaria l'auto e questo appartamento è comunque centrale rispetto a molte escursioni e mete di questa parte di Abruzzo.

La proprietaria Erica si è rivelata una persona molto cordiale, disponibile e prodiga di informazioni. l'appartamento è molto tipico, con godibile balconcino e collocato in un borgo affascinante, strategicamente collocato sul territorio per poterlo esplorare in tutta la sua bellezza.

Agréable

Charmant, idéal pour couple qui cherche le calme car environnement paisible dans un cadre naturel. Le seul bémol, logement qui manque de rangement ( une étagère dans la cuisine serait bienvenue).
