About this property

House located within an exclusive bathing establishment. It has a private garden with a large veranda / porch with sofas and a living area, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen / living room.
Combined with the house is also reserved a tent on the beach, on the large beach in concession to the beach table corretada, two deck chairs, a director chair and a cot with a set of towels.
There is a large swimming pool measuring 25x12.5 meters and a smaller pool for children of 21x6 meters, as well as a jacuzzi.
At the beach establishment there is a seafront bar and a very exclusive restaurant reserved for guests of the structure and not accessible to outsiders offering elaborate dishes of typical Tuscan cuisine of fish next to snacks and light dishes such as salads and carpaccio.
Around the pool there is a very large solarium area.
Lacasa that we offer is ideal for those who want to relax by being able to access the beach directly from their home without crossing roads and for those who love to fully immerse themselves in the marine atmosphere. There is also a swimming school and a surf and wind surfing school that is among the most prestigious in the area with highly experienced federal instructors.
It is also highly recommended for those traveling with children as the exclusive structure ensures a safe environment for children both at the pool and at the beach: there is always a bathing surveillance service from 9 to 19.00.

Comodità e relax

La proprietà è esattamente come descritto dall'annuncio e dalle foto. Appartamento con ampio patio e giardino, direttamente annesso allos tabilimento balneare dotato di piscina 25m, bar e ristorante, tutti ben curati. All'affitto viene associata una tenda sulla spiaggia, ideale per chi vuole godere anche di un po' di ombra. Giugno è il periodo ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi le giornate lunghe in spiaggia. A due passi dal centro di Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore e negozi. A pochi metri da casa anche una gust osa gelateria. Ottimo soggiorno

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement spacieux au bord de la plage et de la piscine.

De l'accueil très attentif et chaleureux jusqu'à l'heure du départ survenue trop tôt c'était parfait. L'hôtesse nous a accompagné pour acheter notre pass parking, pour nous montrer un peu la ville et les locations de vélo. L'appartement était spacieux, deux chambres, salle de bain avec lave linge, cuisine salle à manger avec lave vaisselle, une grande terrasse meublée de fauteuils et canapés sur toute la longueur de l'appartement, jardinet et son salon de jardin. Les petites améliorations seraient de l'ordre du détail (sèche cheveux, fer à repasser...) Le bagno possède son bar, son restaurant, sa grande piscine de 25m très bien entretenue, sa plage équipée (un ensemble chaises longues et lit de plage abrités faisait partie de la prestation). Une suggestion : prévoir pour les clients du bagno quelques coques rigides blanches en libre service pour bronzer au plus près de l'eau. Qu'écrire de plus ? Le soleil était au rendez-vous, sans supplément… si l'occasion se représente nous reviendrons.
