A stunning three double bedroom modern architecturally designed home on a prestigous Golf Estate in the heart of the Winelands.

An open planned living/dinning area that is great for entertaining and opens fully onto a wonderful pool.

The property also has an indoor braai where the doors open to give that outside living experience.

Each bedroom has either access to a balcony or patio area and with two separate lounge areas there is plenty of space for 6 adults.

The property is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout.

There is a TV in both lounges and WiFi throughout the property.

Maid service is available on Mondays and Thursdays if requested.

We live in Paarl having relocated to South Africa.
The property is wonderful and quiet and yet opens out onto the award winning Pearl Valley Golf Course.

Why they chose this property

It's a family home that is modern and well cared for having only been completed in 2016. A lap pool will help avid swimmers cool down at the end of a busy day.
The indoor braai opens out fully so that you can enjoy the wonderful golf course views.
There is Wifi throughout and the option of a/c and or ceiling fans.
A full DSTV subscription means that you can relax in the evening to a multitude of channels.
It is a 10 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to the Clubhouse.
