The studio of about 25 square meters is part of an authentic context, in the middle of an olive grove, between dry stone walls and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Portofino.
It consists of a large room where a kitchen / dining area and sleeping area with sofa bed and bookcase / wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower has been created.
According to those who have already been there, very functional.
A lovely wood-paved terrace just outside the studio allows you to dine outside, weather permitting, with a splendid sea / olive view.
Guests will have at their disposal the strip of land in front of the studio with terrace, hammock, barbecue and sun beds.
A corner of paradise where the only noises are the cicadas during the day and the owl at night. You do not arrive by car but walking for 6/7 minutes, a couple of which on an uphill path with stone steps, not exactly comfortable when you salt with suitcases.
S. Pietro di Rovereto is a small village hanging on the Gulf of Tigullio, about 4km from the center of Chiavari and 3km from that of Zoagli. It is the ideal place for lovers of greenery, panoramas and tranquility but it has some disadvantages in terms of services: there is only one restaurant (La Campagnola, opposite the church of S. Andrea), a single grocery store / bar, and is served very rarely by buses to Chiavari.
The easiest way to move to / from San Pietro di Rovereto is by car, alternatively there is the bus to Chiavari which stops in the square of the cemetery of San Pietro, a 15-minute walk from home.
There are not many trips, but timetables can be consulted on the ATP website (line 21 Chiavari-Rovereto).
THE PARKING is free along Via dei Tessitori and is always placed even in high season.
Zoagli train station can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. By train you can reach the 5 Terre in 50 minutes and places such as Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure in a few minutes by car.
On the other hand, in a few minutes on foot you are directly among the olive trees or in the woods, where there is a beautiful network of pleasant and uncrowded paths. If you are a little sporty you can also easily reach Zoagli on foot (about 20 minutes to go down and 30 to go up) via a comfortable panoramic path.
