Villa Pispisa is about 150 meters from the wonderful sea of Scopello and the splendid Zingaro Nature Reserve. It is a ground floor in the villa which can be accessed through an external square with 2 parking spaces. Inside there is a large kitchen-living room with 2-seater sofa bed and equipped with 40 "LCD TV with decoder, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bedroom with two / three single or double beds, 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The living room leads to the front veranda equipped with rocking chair and table. The large garden, in front of the veranda, is well cared for with plants and flowers and is equipped with towels, tables and chairs, barbecue, solar shower and a heated 4-seater hydromassage spa.
