The apartment is perfectly located in the so called 'Carré d'Or': just 20 seconds walking from Promenade des Anglais and beaches, 10 minutes walking to the town and 10 minutes to the bus (bus stop just few steps away). Supermarkets, shops and restaurants right overthere.
The apartment has a large living room with a double bed and a single sofa bed. of them very comfortable!). Possible to accommodate up to 5 people. Two bathrooms (a bigger one with a shower and the other one with a toilet and sink). Separate fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs. A very nice balcony with a view of the property. Ideal for families with children (baby cot available as well). Amenities: micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Several car parkings very close.

Superb villa

Everything was perfect! Location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the pebble beach. Supermarket 2 minutes up the road. Huge variety of restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Short walk to tram and the beautiful old town. The villa is large and has everything you require. A large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom plus additional toilet. The 2 balconies with seating a bonus. Owner answered queries quickly and checking in process was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly. Recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!

The location of this lovely apartment is what makes it so special! Within a two minute walk of the main promenade/beach and 5-10 minutes to a wide variety of bars/restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies, perfect for winding down after a long day in the sun! It's well kept and super clean. Contact with the owner, should it be required, was very easy. Highly recommended!!!

A lovely apartment in the heart of Nice.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. To be honestly the view from the Terrence is not very private but a wave and a good morning to the locals is all it takes to enjoy sitting there and taking in Nice. The balcony off the living room is an afternoon sun trap. The hosts are wonderful people, so helpful and they make feel like you are at home. On leaving the apartment turning right you are only 30M from the beach and the famous Prom. des Anglais. Turning left and walking straight for 10 mins you arrive at the train station and then you are only 20 mins from Monaco. Turning left and then first right - you are now entering the bars and restaurant zone and you are minutes away from Rue de France - The pedestrian zone where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A MUST is that you see the sunset. Once on the Prom. des Anglais walk down towards the "I love Nice" sign (the sun will be behind you) and stand behind the sign, be there for 7pm and watch the sunset - It is very spectacular. We have a wonderful time in Nice and the apartment was everything we wanted - It was in the right location for everything. Can't wait to go back.

It is a really great location close to the beach, Old Town,restaurants and very friendly owner !

I spent one week in this apartment with my family. Restaurants, beaches bikes and buses were so close. Although it is in the center of the city the place is quiet. Really perfect place for the holidays. The only thing which could be improve is a bathroom (especially shower). The owner is great. On the first day of our visit we noticed that coffee machine was out of order - the owner - Pia immediately bought a new.

Splendid!

Maria's apartment is exactly as advertised and then some. We stayed for several weeks over the winter and we were pleased in every respect. The apartment is spacious, very nicely designed, and airy. The views from both terraces are a big plus. The living room enjoys a marvelous view of the western hills looking past the Musée Masséna (thru the large glass doors that access the terrace). So, even when we had the doors were closed, we never felt closed in. The kitchen is also spacious and it functions well for everyday fare and also for fancier, more elaborate meals. The apartment is secure and very well located. Access to the Promenade is ideal for seaside strolls and exercise. It's a beautiful short walk to Old Town. But there are many good restaurants and markets in the immediate neighborhood, too. Check in and check out were prompt and easy. Maria, and her local representative, were very helpful during our stay.
