Three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms are featured over two floors in a purpose-built building right in between world renowned Dean Street and Wardour street with access to everything that London has to offer right at your doorstep - including first class London shopping.

The flat is tastefully decorated and has a charming old English feel to it. The living room sofa can be converted into a 4th Queen Size bed and there are also additional single fold-away beds, making it a 4 bedroom apartment for your convenience.

Start your morning with a first class breakfast at one of the many cafes on Broadwick Street, then stroll through Soho looking at what the small independent shops have to offer, and then finish off the day with some High street and Designer Label shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street.

The apartment has FREE unlimited Wifi, TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher and dryer, and cookery facilities so that you can explore your culinary skills while in London.

Tasteful bed linen and towels are included. Cots for children available. The service includes a weekly maid service. The closest supermarket to the townhouse is a Tesco Metro located on Dean Street, just around the corner from the property.

When you have completed your booking, your point of contact before arrival Marcela will contact you with a booking form for you to complete so that we can arrange your arrival. After that we will monitor your arrival details and Marcela or Indre will await you at the property that you have booked with keys and a warm welcome. There is a full set of maps and sightseeing pamphlets at the property but upon your arrival we will be more than happy to assist you with any transport questions or give you recommendations of great restaurants and attractions. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call or e-mail Marcela and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Marcella was very welcoming and the communication we had with her was great. The property has a fantastic location, very central and convenient for Oxford St, Tottenham Court road and Covent Garden. The property is presented very well and there was enough room for four adults and four children ranging in age from 13 to 2. We arrived in from Waterloo Train station and a taxi was approximately £11. Very happy with our stay and would happily rent from Marcella in the future.

Great family accomodation

We stayed 5 nights with my wife and 2 teens. Marcela was detained with a problem at another unit and we were 3 hours later getting access but she kept in touch with us constantly so we knew what was happening. The accommodation was fantastic with a ground floor entry, 1st floor lounge/dining/ kitchen, 2nd floor 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 3rd floor 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. It allowed us to spread out and have our own space. Close to Oxford St & Carnaby St. Tesco supermarket 2 minutes walk. About a 10 minute walk from Leicester Square Tube where we caught the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow. ( Heads up: If you use Leicester Square there are a few stairs to carry your bags). We were here on a Friday and Saturday night and it is a vibrant neighbourhood and music does not stop till 4am! We walked to and from a couple of theatre productions which at the most was 15 minute walk. We felt safe and relaxed walking around the neighbourhood day and night. The family agreed this was the best accommodation layout on our 5 weeks of holidays.

Great location!

This is a great flat! Central to everything! Alot of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Clean and you had what you needed for a enjoyable stay. All the emails were responded to quickly and Marcela was on time meeting us. I would book this place again.

Amazing location in a nice Victorian house.

The house is exactly like the pictures show and is a very cosy home. We were 9 people (3 kids, 1 teenager and 5 adults) coming from Norway. We were all very happy with our stay. Our host for the week, Klara, was absolutely lovely. When our flight got 4 hours delayed she went to the shop for us and got us everything we needed as an extra service. This was greatly appreciated and made the first night a lot better for us as we could all have a nice meal before bed. The adults slept in the proper beds as the sleeping sofas fit better for lighweighters it looked like, but the kids and teenager slept very comfotably in the sofabeds it looked like. The kitchen is small, but it contains everything you need to cook a proper english breakfast before you go out to explore the city of London. We cooked for 9 people every morning. The location of the flat is fantastick, right by oxford street and the tube. Its closer than you can imagine really. Tesco was only a 30 second walk away from the front door. The Soho streets are lively and exciting with great pubs and restaurants. I recommend this flat to everyone with or without kids. The hosts are fantastic and the house is lovely. We will surely come back. Thank you so much!

Location was great! However, bathroom situation was difficult. Had to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom or go up a flight of stairs....difficult in the middle of the night.

Location Location Location

We were 5 single people traveling together and it was hard to find a place with beds to accommodate that. This place was perfect in that regard with the separate futons in 2 of the bedrooms and one in the living room. I cannot praise the location enough. I've been to London dozens of times but never stayed so centrally and now I'm spoiled for convenience. Be prepared for noise in the streets - it's Soho so it's not a sleepy suburb. But that was a small drawback to an otherwise perfect location. This is not a luxurious place but the pictures are EXACTLY what it looks like so we got exactly what we expected and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Marcela and Viktor were so easy to work with by email and text and all payments went perfectly. And we saved tons of money by getting breakfast and snack foods at the grocery less than 2 blocks away. Not to mention the transportation costs we saved by being so centrally located. Be prepared to navigate 3 flights of narrow stairs. Many thanks to the owners for making this a spectacular visit to my favorite city.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. The house is a Georgian building and as such is a historical place to stay. This period feature means it exhibits an old-England charm. Its location is indeed in bang central London and you can walk out to bars, restaurants galore, to Oxford St on your doorstep, theatres, Chinatown, Thames, parks...It is also one of the few places in the vicinity that can cater for 3 bedrooms+. As it a period house, it is housed on several floors and we have upgraded the house and a new kitchen was installed recently and we will be upgrading the top bathroom shortly. We also provide FREE courtesy taxis to-and-from the airport, FREE WIFI and a FREE mobile phone to use whilst at our place. These are not standard in the industry. Nor is the 24-7 access for emergencies and a meet-and-greet service that is complementary.

The property is ideally located in Zone 1 for easy access to the West End with shopping meccas Oxford Street and Regent Street just around the corner, as well as being just a short walking distance from famous Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. If you want to experience London to the fullest then this is the property for you.

The house, a beautiful townhouse is bang in the heart of Soho - derived from the days when the Royal Court would go hunting. It is hard to image today, but back then Soho was a forested are where games and hunting parties would take place. Today, Oxford Street and Regents Street lined with wonderful shops is on your doorstep, as are world famous restaurants, jazz bars, theatres, and clubs that will keep you entertained throughout your stay and beyond!

You have three Underground stops close to this property. Oxford Circus Station (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines) Tottenham Court Road Station (Central Line) and also Piccadilly Circus Station (Piccadilly Line). There are also a number for buses that will can take you to the City of London, SouthBank, Kensington, Baker Street, and The British Museum.
