This 3 story house featuring 3 bedrooms is in a lovely listed house in the heart of Central London with stunning period features including exquisite 18th-century fireplaces. Three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms are featured over two floors in a purpose-built building right in between world renowned Dean Street and Wardour street with access to everything that London has to offer right at your doorstep - including first class London shopping.

The house is tastefully decorated and has a charming old English feel to it. The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed and there are also additional single fold-away beds, making it a 4 bedroom apartment for your convenience.

The property is also ideally located in Zone 1 for easy access to the West End with shopping meccas Oxford Street and Regent Street just around the corner, as well as being just a short walking distance from famous Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. If you want to experience London to the fullest then this is the property for you.

A beautiful townhouse is bang in the heart of Soho - derived from the days when the Royal Court would go hunting. It is hard to image today, but back then Soho was a forested are where games and hunting parties would take place. Today, Oxford Street and Regents Street lined with wonderful shops is on your doorstep, as are world famous restaurants, jazz bars, theaters, and clubs that will keep you entertained throughout your stay and beyond!

You have three Underground stops close to this property. Oxford Circus Station (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines) approximately 15minutes walk Tottenham Court Road Station (Norther and Central Line) approximately 5 minutes walk and also Piccadilly Circus Station (Piccadilly Line, Bakerloo Line) about 10 minutes walk.

There are also a number of buses that will take you to the City of London, Southbank, Kensington, Baker Street, and The British Museum.

Why Tijana chose Soho

The property is a one of a kind in terms of location and interior. Dating back to Georgian times, this is an old listed building with age and character, displaying still the old wrought iron fire places that heated the property prior to electrification.

The location of the property means it is plum central London, yards from Oxford Street and within the heartland of the square of Soho, located literally 100m or so from the expanded Tottenham Court Road tube station (now part of Crossrail) and close to China town and Covent Garden.

You will be able to walk to a number of the tourist destinations including the THE TATE MUSEUM, THE CUBE, THE GLOBE THEATRE, TOWER OF LONDON with other principal tourist centres such as BUCKINGHAM PALACE, the BRITISH MUSEUM, the NATURAL HISTORY MUSUEM within easy reach.

Transport is bountiful despite its historical location. London Bridge is a couple of minutes walk and Liverpool St station (the hub for trains to Southend and east England) also less than a mile away.

There are a host of excellent bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

What makes this house unique

Southwark (actually pronounced Suthuck) is a famous area of London located on the south eastern tip of the central zone, just south of the River Thames.

It’s a hugely popular area with residents, businesses and tourists, thanks to its great transport links – London Bridge railway and underground station are close by, so too regular bus services. You can also easily hire black cabs or use the London bike hire service. Plus the apartments are within walking distance of big London landmarks, such as the London Eye, the Tower of London, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, HMS Belfast moored on the River Thames, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the biggest of them all The Shard, Europe’s tallest building.

Southwark is also home to Guy’s Hospital and Borough Market which is a great place to try and buy all kinds of international foods, freshly cooked. And if you fancy a boat cruise down the Thames, you won’t have far to walk to get on board.

Here on business? There are fast links to Gatwick Airport, London City Airport as well as Canary Wharf and The City of London plus a whole host of destinations on England’s south coast including Brighton.

We personally love the buzz of the location. The Southbank is a vibrant area that is rich in culture, music and an eclectic mix that cannot be found elsewhere.

Marcella was very welcoming and the communication we had with her was great. The property has a fantastic location, very central and convenient for Oxford St, Tottenham Court road and Covent Garden. The property is presented very well and there was enough room for four adults and four children ranging in age from 13 to 2. We arrived in from Waterloo Train station and a taxi was approximately £11. Very happy with our stay and would happily rent from Marcella in the future.

Superb location!

Soho house is in a great location, close to tube lines and an easy walk to all major attractions. Klara and Tatiana were very helpful.

As others have mentioned, the apartment is in need of some upgrading and there is no air conditioning so if you go during the summer months it's unbearably hot and hard to cool the apartment down even with fans.

We were two families of 4 staying and the apartment had enough space for all of us. Overall, if you are looking for location, this place has it all.

A great place in a great location

We were a family of 7 visiting London for the first time and staying for a week. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly and we were able to schedule early showers to work with the 2 baths (especially with our 3 girls, 18, 23 and 28). Had some small troubles on day 1, but the management was extremely responsive and took care of everything. A really fantastic location. Within walking distance to Picadilly, Chinatown and tube station Tottenham Court Road.

Great vibrant location, needs updating

This 3 bedroom house is in the heart of soho surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants Perfect location to go out sightseeing or at night We walked to the Westminster bridge, London eye , Big Ben, china town and the theater district easily. The management company was very responsive to booking and letting us in to the house. We were slightly disappointed that the place,though clean, was run down. A fresh coat of paint, new carpet on the stairs (vacuumed but soiled) and some new updated furniture and decoration would have made the place more cozy and charming and less like a college house. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the top bedroom and three to reach the first bathroom which is en suite with one of the bedrooms. The futon couches were great for the kids. The 4th floor bathroom was nice and redone. My mother had a hard time with the bathroom on the third floor because it doesn't have any electrical outlets to blow dry her hair and needed updating as well. I nice idea would be a starter set of toilet paper and a bar of soap so we didn't have to immediately run out to the store to be able to use the toilet The streets were noisy at night but quieted after 11 during the week and a bit later Friday night just FYI. Very happening spot. FYI we took an uber to heathrow and it

We're always trying to provide the best service, therefore I'm really surprise reported problem has not been sorted. If you could maybe specify what was the problem, so I could talk to the owner and find out why it has not been sorted. We want to keep the authenticity of the house, therefore the ensuite bedroom stays as it is. However, we're planning some refurbishment of the house later on this year as it is not possible at the moment because the house is fully booked. With regards to the noise from the street, unfortunately, we can't do much about it as it is caused by the location the house is situated in. Soho is famous for it's nightlife.
