The apartment consists of a kitchen / dining area, a lounge with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom & a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs & sofa.
The kitchen is equipment with a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, sink and washing machine. There is cutlery & crockery for 4 people & pots & pans. There is a dining table & 4 chairs.
The lounge has a TV with USB & HDMI inputs, DVD player & satellite receiver, L shaped sofa bed (sheets & quilt provided), coffee table & is air-conditioned with a remote control unit. A balcony from the lounge overlooks the pool.
The bathroom has toilet, sink / vanity unit & walk in shower. Two sets of hand & bath towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress toper, quilt & bed linen, a dresser unit, wardrobe with hanging & folding space. There is a balcony from the bedroom overlooking the rear of the complex.
We live in Leicestershire, UK & enjoy travelling & holidays in sunny locations & kept going back to Sharm El Sheikh, year after year because of the year round sun, snorkelling & diving. We originally bought a property in Sharm in 2008 but bought this property off our friends in 2011 & we use it as a holiday home for ourselves as well as renting it to help cover the costs!

The great thing out this property is it is located within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars & the beach unlike some properties in Sharm which are 'in the middle of nowhere'. Our favourite things are the large private roof terrace & large pool which you have to yourself most of the time. Nabq Bay is a very up & coming area & is very laid back & relaxed compared to Naama Bay. There are a good selection of restaurants & bars & a nice beach walkway.
Sitting on the roof terrace either by day soaking up the sun on the sun loungers or by night having a BBQ & bottle of wine this is a special place. You have the mountains one way & the sea the other & you can look out over the large pool.
We talk to so many people who go to Sharm & love the place but end up in crowded hotels having bland all inclusive food. We like to relax in our own space & do things at our own pace. We like to walk to the local restaurants or maybe pop to the local supermarket for some fresh seafood to put on the BBQ on the roof terrace & enjoy this washed down with some local wine.
The apartment itself is well furnished & comfortable & air-conditioned.
We try to provide everything that you'd need on holiday in addition to the usual essentials of cutlery, crockery, kitchenware, bedding & towels, etc. we provide that bit more. Pool / beach towels, a good selection of books, pack or cards, phrasebook, ice bucket for the wine, satellite TV.
Stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of January. Excellent property, well maintained with a lovely view over the pool. Within easy reach of Nabq centre and the beach.

Had an amazing time. The flat was first class, was really clean Had everything like home from home; but with sunshine. Plenty of clean towels for use and bedding. Washing machine. Which I really liked and want the same it played pretty tunes. Everything was modern not like some places I've stayed . Would highly recommend. It's close to shops and bars .ideal location. Would stay again

Stayed in this apartment in May and it is absolutely lovely, i couldn't fault it. Furnished to a high standard and very clean it was ideal for our stay. The pool area was fab and if you didnt fancy sunbathing down there the private roof terrace is great too. Lee, the owner, is really friendly and ready to answer any questions you have and Stuart and Terry who manage the apartment are very lovely as well. The apartment is in a nice, quiet and convenient location close enough to the bars, restaurants and shops to walk to but far enough away to not even realise they're closeby. I will definitely be staying here again!
Me and my husband stayed at this property from the 17 April - 30 April. We had our wedding on a yacht in Sharm. I contacted Lee the owner last minute as I had been let down with previous accommodation. Lee was very quick to help and accommodate us. We had a lovely time, we were kindly greeted and showed around by Stuart & Tina who maintain the apartment for Lee. The apartment is a very nice place to stay for a couple or a family, everything you need is there ready for you when you arrive. We found the staff around the residence were very kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a "Good morning, how are you." The location of the apartment itself is ideal a British bar just outside of the complex and lots of shops to look around. Perfect location for my Mum to take wedding pictures by the pool too! We will definitely be returning and have already recommended Lee's apartment to friends and relatives back in the UK. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Thank you very much Lee, Stuart & Tina! From pick-up to drop-off, everything was fantastic about this rental. The apartment had everything we needed, and the sun baked rooftop terrace was just what we needed after a gloomy Irish winter.
We loved the locality to the shops,supermarkets, and local bars so much that we've already booked the apartment again for November.
