The immaculately refurbished Coach House is the perfect romantic retreat. Set in the grounds of Old Hall, a Thatched Grade II listed home dating back to the 16th Century

LOCATION: We warmly welcome you to Old Hall Country Breaks. We have recently completed the rejuvenation of our lovely Coach House and feel proud to say that it is a place we would choose to stay in ourselves. In fact, we were our own first customers. We moved in for one week in August and loved every minute! From waking up in the super comfy Super-King Bed feeling totally refreshed to leisurely cooked breakfasts in the well-equipped kitchen to finishing the day with lovely romantic evenings, just the two of us, cuddling up on the sofa, sipping wine and watching movies.........sigh I may just check myself back in : )

The Coach House is beautifully equipped throughout and is set back from a quiet country lane but is still within easy access of all routes west, east, north and south. The cottage provides comfortable and attractive accommodation set over two floors, with delightful garden views.

Bedroom: The Bedroom is the entire 1st floor. A totally indulgent use of space dedicated to a great night's sleep and relaxing atmosphere. The whole of the upper floor is given over to the stunning bedroom/sitting room with its beamed, vaulted ceiling and dual aspect view. Super-King oak framed bed, sofa, double oak wardrobe & chest of drawers. Space galore

Guests have access to a delightful garden and there is secure parking and space for horse boxes/lorries. Towels & linen are supplied. Iron and ironing board available on request. .

TILNEY ALL SAINTS: The pretty village of Tilney All Saints lies about 4 miles west of King's Lynn and is within easy driving distance of Hunstanton and the famous Norfolk coastal villages and beaches.

Nearby is a 9 hole, par 64 golf course and there are flood lit Astro Turf tennis courts located in the village. There is also a cosy village pub which serves real ale and offers an extensive food menu.

For the nature-lover, West Norfolk's coastal and countryside nature reserves and bird sanctuaries provide a haven for less common species and the RSPBs Snettisham reserve gets you close to the wild heart of The Wash - the UK’s most important estuary for wildlife.

super relaxing and chilled stay

loved it - clean and well equipped perfect for our stay in norfolk easy drive to shops, nearby town and days out to sandringham woods and north norfolk beaches. Whats not to like! Will be in PHEV next time and theres a 7kw solar charger on site - nice work - overall 5stars & thanks to Tom & Paula

Warm cosy retreat.

An excellent roomy property with all the facilities you could want for a short stay.

Much appreciated was the warm cosy feeling on returning from what were cold damp misty February days out. The property was always nice and warm throughout our stay.

No complaints at all, even the car had its own undercover parking, to keep the frost away for an easy morning getaway.

Very quiet with squirrels running around the trees within the property grounds just opposite our window.

Fully recommend, not far from supermarkets for supplies either.

Thanks also to the owner for his friendly helpful welcome.

wonderfull

Truly a remarkable conversion. Everything was of a high quality and in excellent order. The Bedroom is absolutely massive. It could easily have been split into two but was so lovely that it was not. Very quiet and relaxing. The poor weather did not affect us at all. Looking forward to returning in the Summer.

The location and quality of the property provided a wonderful base to enjoy the area. The location enabled convenient access to allow visits to Norwich, Sandringham House,Kings Lynn and the coastal area bordered by the Wash. The welcome by the owners was uplifting to us after our long journey to the premises and it was made clear that we only needed to ask if we required help of any sort. An excellent introduction to our stay.

Lovely property well presented and in a nice quiet area.

We had a nice stay at Tilney the weather was superb so could visit the local area everyday.We had nice food at the Hare pub.

We could not fully relax in the garden as access was through the other guests private areas

Tennis and 5 a side football can be played on the state of the art AstroTurf courts floodlit to the highest standard.

The Greane Room bar and restaurant serves home cooked food in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Greane Room is also available for private hire to cater for every occasion.
