Old farmhouse in Le Marche located in a private estate with view on the countryside surrounding the ancient town of Osimo. This newly restored property offers comfortable accommodation for families or couples. It is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace. A sofa bed for two is also availabe in the living room.
The furnishings are pleasant, in a traditional Italian style, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. This property has all the comforts of a modern home. The surrounding grounds are well kept and include the possibility of outside dining .

The property was not as described.

I booked the property on the understanding that it was a house with exclusive use. As it transpired, it was a house comprising a ground floor apartment ( for holidaymakers use) with a permanent resident living above. This meant that the property was afforded no privacy. Also it is very close to a busy and therefore noisy road. It appeared that during heavy rain the drains gave off an unpleasant smell into one of the bathrooms. On the positive side the property is close to Ancona airport (20 mins away) and close to the sea. There are a variety of lovely villages and towns close by and lots to see and do without travelling too far. The property is well equipped and comfortable and the WiFi is excellent.

Comfy, rustic house with all that's required for a good holiday.

Welcoming hosts, happy to supply local knowledge on eateries and local villages. Everything worked in the house including the WiFi. Some great places to eat in the region although best to get off the beaten track as 'on the beach' can be expensive. Would go again. The entrance needs the hedge cutting, other than that no issues.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Eine Heizungspanne wurde schnell behoben. Gute Tipps für Besuche in die Umgebung.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die nähere Umgebung. Allerdings in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht soviel ausgemacht hat. Viel Platz auf dem Grundstück, großer Garten und auf der Terrasse kann man schön draußen sitzen.

Local attractions include also various walks in the Regional Park of Monte Conero that can be taken to enjoy the rich flora and fauna and the beautiful view.. Historical towns like Ancona, Recanati, Loreto, Offagna are easily reachable in about 15 - 20 minutes.
