About this property

Single storey gîte with large garden and independent terrace. Meals can be taken in the garden with olive trees or on the apartment's terrace. The very bright apartment has large openings which directly overlook a very well-kept garden. Electric shutters, underfloor heating for winter periods and reversible air conditioning. Wireless. Adaptable to people with reduced mobility.

Robion is a pretty, peaceful Provencal village that has remained authentic at the foot of the Luberon (Regional Natural Park). Magnificent walks are to be done, at the foot of the Luberon or on the Luberon for the bravest, departure from the Robion route. Public garden in the village, library, green theater, tennis, cycling (cycle track), restaurants. etc ...

All around Robion, many other villages are to be seen:

Gordes: Located about 18 km from Robion. This village is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Castle, alleys, viewpoint, its village of bories, the Sénanque Abbey etc ... everything is very remarkable.

Nearby the village of Roussillon and its ocher not to be missed, magnificent routes. A little further Rustrel which is the Collorado Provençal, also impressive courses.

Goult, Oppède, Ménerbes, Les Taillades, Lourmarin magnificent villages that remain authentic, the closest to Robion at the foot of the Luberon.

Isle sur Sorgue: Famous city of antique dealers and second-hand dealers (3rd after London and Paris), pleasant for its quays along the Sorgues (see also water sharing), restaurants, etc. Market on Sunday morning. Canoeing on the Sorgue.

Fontaine de Vaucluse: Magnificent tourist place fresh and relaxing with the mysteries of its abyss.

Avignon, its ramparts and the Palais des Papes. Avignon Festival in July.

Saint Rémy de Provence and Eygalières both at the foot of the Alpilles are just as magnificent.

The sea about 1 hour, Marseille, the creeks of Cassis, the Saintes Maries de la Mer etc ...

The mountain: the Luberon which we are lucky to be at its feet or a little further (about 60 km) the Mont Ventoux.

The well-known Provence markets are in towns or villages near Robion, as well as the farmers' markets.

A week in Luberon

Lovely part of the world. Francoise and Rene were friendly, helpful and informative about places to visit in the Luberon region. The accommodate was immaculate and the gardens spacious and well kept.

Wunderschön

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage entsprach unseren Erwartungen, bzw. haben diese übertroffen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der wunderschöne Olivengarten bot Platz zur Entspannung. Radfahren, Städtetouren waren möglich. Vielen, und herzlichsten Dank an Francoise und Rene.

Rundum gemütlich

Notre séjour chez Monsieur et Madame Poncet L' accueil a été très sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, auprès de propriétaires très gentils et également très discrets. Un appartement de 60 m2 propre et agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour réussi. Un très joli jardin mis à disposition pour passer des moments de détente sous les oliviers. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Ein sehr gemütliches Urlaubsdomizil, die Räume sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Wir haben den Garten geliebt, ein Idyll. Unsere Vermieter, Frau und Herr Poncet haben uns in allen Fragen geholfen und Tipps gegeben, immer ein offenes Ohr; in Privatgesprächen haben wir viel über die Gegend, ihre Ortschaften und ihren Charakter erfahren. Robion mit seinem neuen und alten Teil ist ein symphytisches Dorf, das alles bietet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Vom Haus aus kann man alle Lokalitäten zu Fuß erreichen, so in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. Der Ort eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Besuche bis hin nach Avignon und andere Städte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Häuschen wärmstens empfehlen.

Un havre de paix

Hébergement spacieux et très propre avec toutes les commodités. La climatisation est très appréciée en période de canicule. Les hôtes sont charmants et prévenants. Le jardin provençal est très soigné et reposant. Idéal pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons vivement !
