About this property

In this Loft we have fully soundproofed studio/living room with a professional sound system and the gear for electronic music making. (We can arrange all gear by the request and further deal). At the same level we have a fully equipped separate Kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom with toilet together. This level is without windows, but it has proper lights with wide range of colours and adjustments (you will love it :)) at the upper level we have 2 separate bedrooms with windows and loads of light, both rooms have cousy double beds with nice lights, desks, good sounding studio monitors, wardrobes, studio chairs. Everything you need for a proper living. This place has a security guard outside, concierge. In the courtyard we have a nice pub with a live band shows which are happening since thursday till saturday on evenings.
