Hi, my name is Angelos, your soon-to-be host in Athens! My aim is for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The Casual Flat is a cosy apartment which has recently been renovated with a modern style. The flat is located in New Kypseli in the centre of Athens.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood near a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. A short walk away is a bus stop which leads you to Syntagma Square in 10 minutes. An Uber ride to Syntagma Square costs between €4 and €6.

The space

The flat has recently been fully renovated with new white goods, electrical supplies, security door, furniture and lighting.

The room has a big double bed with a very comfortable mattress. There is a large wardrobe for your belongings, a desk, a 49-inch plasma TV and a JVC sound system, which connects to your phone via Bluetooth.

The living room has a comfortable double sofa-bed, an electric heater and a 23-inch plasma TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen with an open-plan style. The kitchen is modern and fully renovated.

The bathroom is modern and bright, with plenty of hot water.

There is also a balcony where you can enjoy a meal or relax with a coffee. The balcony is very quiet and peaceful.

The flat has fast and unlimited wi-fi.
