About this property

Detached property with five bedrooms located in a complex of 9 close to all amenities in the Cala Egos area within Cala d'Or. This house has the terrace infront of the baby pool and the orientation is the only one in the complex with sun during the whole day in the garden around the ground floor terrace.

Changes in 2019: The kitchen has been enlarged with more storage space with an extra cupboard. There is a new refrigerator with more fridge and freezer space. We have installed a dishwasher

The locations of the property is right in between the Marina and the Cala Egos area. The property has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is at walking distance from everything you need for your holidays: Beaches, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shops, Attractions, Taxi Ranks, Bike rental shops.

You can organise your own barbecues at the property with the private barbecue located in the garden area.

The property has three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The three rooms upstairs are a single, a twin and a double. The two rooms downstairs are a double and a twin. There is also one bathroom on each floor. There is air conditioning throughout the property with one aircon unit in each bedroom and the sixth in the living and dinning area.

The kitchen is an American style located in front of the dinning room and living room. The dinning room has an extensible table for up to 9 people. There are also tables in the terrace in the ground and first floor. There are sun loungers in the garden area.

The house has a wifi both inside the house and in the communal area where you will find two pools with one of them having a cascade.

Group Holiday

Villa provided a great base for 7 friends enjoying a group holiday. Good location to access high street in Cala Egos with a 20 min walk to Beach and Marina of CalaDor. Would use Villa again if revisiting the area.

Great Villa great location.

Villa was great as was the location. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful marina, a small town and small beach. Another beach just up the road everything you could ask for. Villa had all amenities however if things like floor cleaner, washing tabs had been added it would have been useful. There were alot of ants which I know can’t be helped, and I did feel the villa bedding wasn’t freshly cleaned it felt a bit stuffy. Andres the property manager was great, really helpful throughout. We had a 1 year old with us and life would have been easier had the villa been one of the ones that had a small wall round so baby can’t escape but thats Hindsight for you. Overall great stay! Would defo recommend.

Familienzeit in Cala d‘Or

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus in Cala d‘Or als Familie sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt rückseitig in einer gepflegten Anlage mit Blick ins Grüne. Kinderpool und Pool waren vom kleinen Gärtchen gut zu überblicken und Kinder, Eltern, Großeltern hatten Spaß und eine entspannte Zeit. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt, Kontakt sehr freundlich und hilfreich, alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Gute, zentrale Lage oberhalb des Yachthafens und nah an zwei kleinen Badebuchten (u.a. Cala Egos). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Ordentliches Ferienhaus in netter Anlage

Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Anlage machen einen gepflegten Eindruck und die beiden Pools sind für den Spaß zwischendurch auch gut geeignet. In ca. 600 und 900 Metern findet man zwei kleine Badebuchten. Zur nächst größeren (z.B. Cala Gran) benötigt man jedoch einen Bus, ein Taxi oder die "Bahn" (E-Gefährt im Bahnlook). Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas klein und die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte noch etwas umfangreicher sein. Ansonsten gibt es wenig zu beanstanden.
