Great location, very comfortable and well appointed.

And the owner, Paul, was very helpful and met me there at a time that suited me. Did not get a chance to use the kitchen but my wife said it was as well appointed as any we'd stayed at. Would definitely return.

Fabulous location and very user /family friendly apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks. We would not hesitate to stay here again.In fact, we hope we can!

The owner is very obliging and was so kind to us during a difficult time : health issues.

This apartment suited our needs very well.

While we were staying the summer temperatures were in the high 20's and sometimes early 30's. The fans provided in each room were a great help.

Although the living room is on a busy road and yes there is traffic noise the bedrooms are facing a quiet street. I slept with my windows open every night .

We love this locality and its closeness to the great shops and eateries in and around Westbourne Grove.

Also there are great options for buses and Nottinghill Gate tube station is very close giving great access to central London.

Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and we hope to return for many more stays in your apartment.

Pleasant condo in nice & convenient area

This was a pleasant condo to stay at. Located a 10 minute walk to subway & around the block from bus. Needed a little TLC, espically the Windows but was priced accordingly. Enjoyed watching the children arrive at a small school accross the street in their uniforms & shaking the Headmasters hand.

Lovely Flat and Great Location

We so enjoyed staying in Paul's flat. It was slightly bigger than we expected from the pictures and very comfortable for our family of five. We were warmly greeted and given a tour of the flat and the neighborhood. The location was perfect for getting to the Underground stop and to Portobello Rd. We would definitely recommend this flat and be happy to stay here again.

Notting Hill is an affluent and fashionable area in London, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Notting Hill is known for attractive terraces of large Victorian town houses, and high-end shopping and restaurants (particularly around Westbourne Grove).

A lovely apartment based in Notting Hill Gate, only 3 minutes walk to Notting Hill tube, Kensington Palace and Gardens.

Close by is an excellent variety of pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants on Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road, where the famous market takes place every weekend.

A walk across the park will take you to the Victoria & Albert and British Science Museums and the Royal Albert Hall.

A number of supermarkets are also close by, and Oxford Street and Westfield Shopping centre are a 5 minute bus ride away.

High Street Kensington and Holland Park are also walking distance.

Excellent transport links are walking distance away, including Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, and several bus routes.

Paddington rail station is a 5 minute drive away.
