The house occupies a prominent, south-facing, commanding position with distant panoramic views. It is surrounded by its own land which comprises fields and large areas of woodland.
Le Pech stands alone and is approached via its own 100 metre drive off the end of a small tarmac rural lane which itself terminates in woods behind the house. There is therefore no through traffic and the area is very quiet except for the sound of birds and wildlife.
The property has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can sleep up to 8 people and it is tastefully furnished throughout.
Access to the house is either by way of the ground floor kitchen/diner or up some steps to the lounge area.
