The house consists of a double bedroom, a living room with 2 beds, a bathroom, large veranda divided into 2 communicating rooms used as a kitchen and living room. Private garden with shower (hot and cold water) and barbecue.
You can use a private parking, located at the entrance of our communion. Always there you can use the wifi access for free.
You will be able to enjoy wide spaces of common green, as well as areas equipped with different games for your children.
For lovers, the communion offers two tennis courts and a bowling green.

Semplicemente favolosa....

Mi sento di consigliare questa location senza alcun dubbio. Villetta immersa nel verde, con una sensazione di privacy eccezionale. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in un contesto favoloso e nonostante abbiamo girato molte spiagge non ha nulla da invidiare alle altre. Semplicemente Favoloso tutto e proprietari cortesi, gentili e riservati. Se avete qualche dubbio.... Spero che questa recensione possa esservi utile!

Sejour magnifique

Tres belle maison. Bien equipee, fidele a l annonce. 5 minutes a pied d une plage presque privee. Rosanna et son mari sont charmants et prevenant (corbeille de fruits a l arrivee, eau dans le frigo). Necessaire de plage disponible (sieges et parasol). Endroit tres calme. On laisse la voiture a l entree car village sans voiture. Superette a 5 minutes a pied. Je recommande a 100%

Уютный дом в зеленой резиденции

Останавливались на неделю. Дом расположен в зеленой сосновой резиденции. Хороший собственный пляж. Дом уютный. В небольшом саду мангал. Остались довольны.

Nah am Meer

Die Ferienanlage besteht zum größten Teil aus Reihenhäusern die schon einige Jahre alt sind, es ist sehr ruhig und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Dieser ist sehr schön, es gibt auch eine kleine Strandbar. Wenige Minuten Fußweg vor der Anlage gibt es einen ganz gut sortierten Minimarkt und mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in Pula. Dort ist ein größerer Supermarkt und es gibt auch sonst alles was man evtl. benötigt (Ärzte, Restaurants, Bars, Eisdiele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Postamt usw.). Das Haus an sich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Das Bad ist neu, es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es etwas gestört, dass es keine richtige Terasse gibt, man sitzt im Garten direkt auf Erde und Tannennadeln und somit trägt man viel Schmutz in die Wohnung. Der Garten ist durch die Pinien schön schattig, es gibt eine Grill, einen Tisch und vier Stühle und eine Gartendusche. Leider sind keine Liegen vorhanden. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett und spricht gutes Englisch!
